Fantastic customer service.
I would like to mention Deirdre, she was fantastic with helping me source stock. From beginning to end nothing was too much, she kept me informed of my orders and also handled my exchange and refund smoothly. Deirdre provided the good all customer service that has long been replaced with online and AI. She is a credit to this company.

I received offer oer your customer…
I received offer oer your customer service would be two shipments. One arrived a week ago Wednesday Friday the 2 I went back into your store Ennis road limerick. Manager got on phone explained I had received four box’s. They said they would call me back in the afternoon. So I bought the rugs and eyelets and tie back. Didn’t a few hundred more as I was told the online order would get sorted, heard nothing back. Midddl last week I called back spoke with jieanne she said she would have someone call me next day. I received a call from Kalem he asked me to relate everything again then I was asked to email everything that happened . Again I did. Today October 11 still no word and I have spent nearly €1,000 with your company, so no I’m not happy and your online customer service doesn’t follow through.

Nothing was too much trouble
I ordered cushion covers and a bath mat online for click and collect, I’d literally ordered them that morning, I got a call from Daniel in the afternoon to say that my order was ready. Amazing service in Lisburn. When I went to collect them I realised that I had ordered the wrong colour by mistake. He went and got me the ones I wanted and the woman at the till sorted it all out for me and nothing was too much trouble. I’m delighted with my items and will definitely be back. Thanks so much.
