I had a terrible experience shopping with this company and strongly regret placing an order.

I ordered size XL, but I was sent size 3, which is completely wrong. On top of that, the parcel is now stuck in customs, and I have already paid £45 for the item plus £15 courier charges.

Despite sending multiple emails, I have received no response at all from customer service, the company has shown zero responsibility or concern

The entire process has been extremely frustrating, stressful, and unprofessional. Poor communication, wrong item sent, and no support afterward — this is pathetic customer service.
I would not recommend this site to anyone.

An absolutely terrible company to deal with, their business strategy appears to be to advertise apparently smart, high quality clothing but what you get is cheap, low quality goods from China, non-compliance with UK consumer law and a fob-off customer service. They could not even get the sizing right. I could get what they advertise for £50-£70 for £5 on Ali-Express.

My recommendation is do not buy from them.

Bought a dress... Sent it back same day 6 weeks ago as it was too big.... Refusing to refund... All this about a 30 day money back guarantee is rubbish... Do not buy from this company... They have a No refund policy.

I never write reviews like these but Harlow Manchester I would give 0 stars if I could. Avoid at all costs.

I placed an order for a coat (order #1543) over a month ago and still have nothing to show for it, no coat, no refund, and barely any meaningful communication.

First, the parcel was lost by their courier Evri. I had to do the legwork myself, contact Evri, get confirmation that the parcel was lost, and then chase Harlow Manchester for a solution. Only after I followed up did they finally acknowledge the issue and offer a replacement.

Sophie confirmed a free replacement coat would be sent “as quickly as possible” and that I would receive tracking details once dispatched. That was never provided. Nearly two weeks later, there was still no tracking, no update, nothing – just silence.

Given the ongoing delays and lack of communication, I clearly stated that I no longer wanted the replacement and requested a full refund. I sent multiple follow-up emails asking them to cancel the order and process my refund, and again received no response.

Both Sophie and Claire were completely unhelpful in resolving the situation. The tone of the emails was polite, but the actions did not match – no urgency, no proactive updates, and no ownership of the problem. I have had to chase them at every step and am now at the point of disputing the transaction with my bank just to get my money back.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. If you value your time, money and sanity, avoid this company. I would give 0 stars if I could.

They are in China not Manchester, and sell fake and low quality things and will never refund the bad goods.

Would rate 0 if I could. Been sent a cheap hoodie instead of a winter coat. Jokes this company is also on here as Harlowofficial with loads of reviews SCAM SCAM SCAM.
Fraud I will be trying to find away to shut them down. Do not buy off them. Read the T&Cs if it mentions customs and paying for return do not waste your time or money. Took a month to arrive and not what I ordered. They are offering me 10% back and 20% next order Jokes! Will not be ordering from them and will do everything I can to get them shut down.

The online website says '100% happiness guarantee' but its a completely a ripe off, please don't buy anything from this website or company!! The products are useless, I wouldn't even have it for free! They ship from china and the return process is crazy, see below their response shows clearly have history of customer dissatisfaction
