Where do I start apart from DO NOT BUY from this site. I should have read the previous reviews before purchasing! Ordered a men's top. Tried to cancel the order as it hadn't arrived after 3 weeks. Advised it couldn't be cancelled until the goods received....but customers kept the goods when they received them. The quality was appalling. Requested refund. The company wanted me to post the goods back to India. Various refund options offered and I took full refund with postage covered. This was their 'Full and final offer'. Received the refund of the top but not postage. After numerous emails they confirmed they had sent the postage refund to my bank and I should chase them. Well what a surprise the bank hadn't received the postage money. I was always led to believe that when you accept an offer that all parties would honour their obligations. This is NOT the case with this company. As stated DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.....OFFER LOOKS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE.....AND IT IS....APPAULING QUAILITY OF GOODS AND TRULY DREADFUL SERVICE. I don't usually write reviews but I feel I need to so nobody else suffers this experience!

Goods that arrived were nothing like those advertised. I would warn anyone thinking of ordering from this company DON'T. It's coming from China not London. Shite quality !!!

Company is a scam. They send you cheap copy product, but the real scam is that they say they will replace but you pay postage free upfront,which I stupidly did (£12). The payment goes through “Techfry Ltd” (also a scam company) and to an account in the name of “Whitney London”. BEWARE!

I ordered 2 items on the same order. 1 arrived one didn’t, I emailed and was told my order was in 2 deliveries. I waited and waited, chased again and was told it had been dispatched. My item was shown as delivered on the tracking they gave but I never received it. No refund, no apology just told as it is showing as delivered I must have it!!

Customer Support is a Complete Waste of Time.
Goods damaged in shipping. Emailed 5 times for a replacement or refund. Never bothered to reply to any.
Recommend you avoid this company.

Do not buy from this company.
1st Callaway top arrived, incorrect colour and worst quality material ever. Paid for shipping to obtain correct item but this arrived correct colour but very poor garment. Certainly not from Callaway!!!
This is cheap, rip off product with no labels anywhere and typical of product you would but from Egypt / Turkey when knowingly buying fake goods.
Company should be shut down and my garment has been sent to Callaway so they see what their name and reputation is being used on.

I ordered two men’s Callaway jumpers. When they arrived they looked nothing like the pics. They were a cheap fleece material. Clearly fake goods too! I emailed them complaining and they said I could keep them with a 50% discount. I said no you are clearly a fake company so I want a full refund. They said if I returned them I would get a full refund inc postage. Postage cost me £29 because they are based in India! They are not based in Covent Garden as stated on their website! So I returned them and surprise surprise they only refunded me the goods amount! So they lied to me! I have emailed them again but no reply! Please please do not use this scam Company!

Wish I read the reviews on this company, do not order clothing sizes are terrible, I ordered an xl coat when it arrived would not even fit my grandson, asked for a refund they said i could keep the item and for £15 pp they would send me a replacement. If I wanted to send it back I found it was going to India and would have cost me £22 cheapest to send back tracked, the coat was only £27 . So beware this company although named old London is not from the UK it's from India. Lesson learnt i will not be purchasing again .

This company are a complete disgrace. I don't usually bother with others reviews but I really wish I did with this lot. Bunch of robbing scam artists. I ordered a jacket in early September. Didn't receive it so had to pay shipping fees again. Didn't receive it the second time so they wanted shipping fees again to resend. It's now December and still nothing. I asked for a refund and the said i can have £10 as a gesture of good will. Because they said it was all my fault.
This company needs to be shut down. Just a scam and bunch of thieves.

Would rate less if I could. As others have stated, ordered what I THOUGHT was a Callaway 1/2 zip hoodie as per their pictures. What arrived was a cheap fleece with ‘golf star’ stuck on, which took weeks to arrive. Contacted Old London to request a refund as clearly they are selling fake clothing, they argued they description and pictures were accurate and I was told I could have a full product refund if I returned the item- at a cost of £12.50 postage back to India. Alternatively They will offer me £8 (25% back) to keep the item. Tried to do a chargeback through my bank as I have been sold fake items, they are unable to proceed unless I post it back. Either way, I’m out of pocket. Don’t trust this site. They are SCAMMERS and you will be left disappointed

The Callaway Hoodies I ordered arrived after 3 months, the products are terrible fakes and sizing is terrible. Lesson learnt don’t buy off FB.
Old London isn’t in London it’s an illegal Chinese Company.
Stay clear at all cost.

This company is a scam. The products are awful and the quality is very poor.

Old London don't be fooled by the name it's a Chinese scam from Facebook. I placed an order with them and it's been (allegedly) in Hong Kong for the past few days. Avoid this company at all costs they're liars and scammers

Place an order with this old London clothing company on the 20th November I've sent about 16 emails asking why order stays in one place for4/5days and not moved package arrived in Belgium other 6th Dec its now 11th December still not moved I'm sorry but stay away from this so called company i wouldn't order a news paper from them I'm not a happy so called customer this company 💩💩 stay well clear.Tony Fallas,Yorkshire.

Abosolute discgrace this company they missed the number off my address so it ended a failed delivery by Evri then when I asked for refund due to it being a Xmas present I was told I could only have a 50% refund or have it delivered again at my expense which reading other reviews they seem to do a lot. Con artists and thieves is what they are I really hope people read these reviews before buying, I really wish I had done

Same as the other poor reviews, labels even been cut off from items sent from china. Manage a refund after some delays. However I had to return the items back to India and they said after some debate they would refund 50% of my shipping costs. Getting to nearly 6 weeks but no refund despite them telling me they have processed the refund to my card. I will not let them get away with this

beware of OLD LONDON advertising on Facebook bought 3 sweatshirts meant to be Callaway totally fake have contacted above for a refund but not holing my breath 😡

Took 3 weeks to arrive, because it came from China and not the UK. It is obviously fake as no care labels on the inside & the label at the neck just says L. I am NOT paying to send it back, so hubby can just wear it in the garden.

Like most other reviews I would say AVOID this company my golf top when it arrived looked like somebody had sourced it in the dirty laundry basket just a crumpled mess

IT IS A SCAM. Stay well clear of this company and don’t buy anything from them. As others say the items are not genuine and probably made in a back street in India which is where they want you to return to.

They don’t offer full refunds and I cut my losses and took what they offered as a return to India would have cost more.

They are slick so easy to be fooled, but please do not get taken in. Likely will report to trading standards.

Those letting them advertise should be ashamed and take their adverts and posts down immediately so nobody else gets scammed.
