Excellent in every way
I was able to book a next day scan via their website online, and when I arrived for my appointment everything was excellent. All staff were utterly professional while being appropriately personable. The facilities immediately put me at ease as did the assistant and then the doctor. Afterwards I received a helpful and detailed report. I was impressed with every aspect of this service.

We are sorry to hear about the pain and discomfort you experienced during your recent ultrasound scan.
The technique used is indeed the most accurate method for investigating the pain you were experiencing. However, as you rightly mentioned, it can be uncomfortable for some patients, and there is a possibility of minor post-procedural effects.
For this reason, the chosen route is always discussed before the commencement of the procedure.
Periodically during the scan the sonographer also checks that the patient is still comfortable with the chosen method as pain and discomfort is subjective and can vary widely between patients.
In light of your experience, we're actively discussing with our sonographer team ways to improve this conversation.
We want to make it more transparent and ensure all patients feel comfortable asking questions and raising any concerns they may have about the chosen route and potential discomfort.

Clinic had late availability for my scan. I found the sonographer amazing. Very detailed. So glad I chose them. I liked that they had appointments available last minute and on the weekend. Facility was very clean. I was also very grateful for that.
