Visited today for a couple of sports injury ultrasound scans with Dr Watson. Couldn't have had a more positive experience - the calibre of professionals they have there and the quality of the equipment is as good as it gets. Plus their pricing is excellent relative to the rest of the market - no brainer.

I had the same experience as Ali — visiting the clinic felt like stepping onto their Trustpilot page, with repeating names. It’s shameful to use Trustpilot this way. If a business is genuinely good, why rely on fake reviews? I won't risk my health with a company that shows no ethical standards. I suggest anyone considering them first check their "About Us" page and note staff names, then compare those names here — you’ll find the same people and families posting five-star reviews. I hope Trustpilot investigates and removes these fake ratings.

I had a terrible experience with this clinic. After contacting them, I checked Trustpilot and discovered that one of the five-star reviews was written by the staff member who had answered me. I searched further and found many five-star reviews on Trustpilot and Google that appear to be fake and published by clinic staff. This is neither ethical nor professionally acceptable.

I prefer to have my medical care provided by someone with integrity and professional ethics.

I don't ever leave reviews, however on this occasion I wanted to give credit where it is due, I had an ultrasound scan done with Mr Reza Farahmandfar today, he was polite, professional, put my mind at rest and talked me through the scan showing me on the screen. Would go back and recommend to others.

They found a tumor that never existed and could not tell me their findings face to face. I found out in the corridor by email after the ultra-sound check. I found the secretary rude. Avoid this place at all cost.

The consultant sonographer ,( extremely knowledgeable )Mr Reza and their GP Dr Babak, are absolutely outstanding. They are not only highly knowledgeable and professional, but also genuinely kind, understanding, and attentive. They take the time to listen carefully to your concerns, and you truly feel that nothing is dismissed or rushed.

What stood out most to me was how thorough they are. They take everything into account, explain every single detail clearly, and make sure you fully understand what is being assessed and why. At no point did I feel hurried — instead, I felt supported, respected, and reassured throughout the entire appointment. I and my entire family and friends will be their regular patient for sure.
