Really excellent service all round
Really excellent service all round. Made to feel very welcome in a relaxed atmosphere. Inga the nurse was brilliant. Explained everything to me. Dr Shah conducted the scan and was very friendly throughout. Everything was explained to me as we went along. Could not have been better. Highly recommended.

Made to feel very welcome and everything was explained clearly and in detail, the atmosphere was relaxed. Inga, the nurse, was charming and put me at my ease. Dr Hawtin conducted the ultrasound, explaining what she was or wasn't finding, keeping me in the picture at all times. An excellent experience conducted by caring professionals.

A superb experience
A really great experience from beginning to end: Mariam was very helpful arranging my booking; Inga and Dr Shayan Ahmed were both really patient, helpful and considerate. Dr Ahmed really took his time to explain what he was seeing and doing during the scan (and answered a lot of questions). There are cheaper places to have an US, but this really is the best and worth every penny - highly recommended!

My experience over 3 years
I have now visited this clinic three times for my yearly breast ultrasound checks. My first two visits (in 2023 and 2024) were fantastic - friendly doctors, clear explanations, and an amazingly reassuring experience overall. Booking has always been super easy, with plenty of appointments, and I had previously always left feeling well cared for.
My third visit didn’t live up to those same high standards and even though the doctor who saw me was generally professional, kind, and friendly, I didn't leave feeling reassured. The clinic contacted me following this and offered a complimentary repeat ultrasound which was much appreciated. They seemed to genuinely care and want to reassure me and put me at ease. The customer service and resolution was fantastic and they've gone above and beyond. Thank you!
