BRILLIANT!
It went in for a scan on my hip as I was in some pain. Dr Nik (don’t know surname insisted I call him Nik 😀) took his time showing me the scan and explained everything. I also got a breast ultrasound too, I was really nervous about this but Dr Kate (again don’t know surname) was unbelievably reassuring and calm and explained everything to me. Results instant (I hate the waiting). I turned up two hours early as I was passing and they moved around for me. Really friendly, kind and professional. Could not recommend more.

Heba is brilliant!
The senior sonographer Heba is an absolute credit to the team. During ultrasound not only she makes you feel at ease but also gives much more context than NHS. The energy in the room is so positive and both times we left with smiles in our face saying how great Heba was.
In terms of pregnancy ultrasound service offered, the report is in great detail and amount of pictures/videos is also super exciting to receive.
If you are looking for extra reassurance in between your NHS appointments, we really recommend Harley Street Ultrasound Group. :)

All around a great experience
Lovely and welcoming staff. I was admitted immediately and had to wait for barely 5-10 minutes in the waiting room before being taken to the doctor.
The doctor and his assistant were very professional and efficient, explaining every step of the process to let me know what was going on, which I greatly appreciated.
The appointment took less than 30 minutes, from walking through the entrance door to leaving to go home. Immediate results, including scan images and a full report, were sent to me 10 minutes after the appointment ended.
All in all, very happy with the clinic and the staff.

After trying to get an appointment with my own GP for so long, I knew I couldn't wait any longer as my pains were getting worse - so I booked Harley Street Ultrasound based on their amazing 5* reviews and how easy, fairly priced and efficient it was.
My scan was easy and fast to book (within 48 hours). Once I arrived the team were very friendly and welcoming. Dr Sanjay was very also very friendly and kind. He carefully explained the results of my scan and gave me advice to speak to my GP about. And thankfully they found nothing so put my mind at ease.

I would highly recommend it
Their appointments were fully booked, when I contacted them they were very helpful and managed to fit me in.
The timings are very accurate, I didn't have to wait. All the staff are very friendly and professional. They make you feel very comfortable. The service is it high standards, they explain everything things in details for you. I received my photos and report got emailed to me immediately even before I left the clinic.

Kind, and professional
I was nervous, having found a lump and wanted to get it looked at as soon as possible rather than wait and see the NHS. It was good to know I could book immediately and get a same-day result.
The team were very kind and luckily cleared my worries about what the lump was. The ultrasound was very clear and Dr Mahfouz was professional and calming and through.
It was worth spending a bit more, to alleviate my worries, and the whole experience was as good as you would hope for.
