Competitive prices for the flooring
Competitive prices for the flooring. Delivery cost quite expensive for one box but I needed it quickly to finish a job. Arrived in good condition in 2 days instead of one. Overall, I'm happy with the service from this company.

Hello Malgorzata, thank you for your feedback. We're happy to hear you received your samples quickly!
Brilliant service
Brilliant service! Got a phone call after my order from Rob (I think sorry if I have his name wrong) but the gentleman was extremely helpful! He was able to identify what was wrong with my order and correct it. He gave me advice on what to look out for when our flooring was delivered to ensure we were happy with our product and what to do if something was wrong. He then called to update on delivery and went above and beyond to get our order to us faster! Thank you!!!

Hello Sam, thank you for taking the time to review the store.
We are happy to hear you were pleased with the service and flooring!
Great experience
Great experience. We had a call from the company after ordering the sample, to offer any information or decision making assistance we may need and received an update on the availability of the flooring we were interested in.
There was a fair bit of damage to a couple of the flooring packs but we had ordered extra, so we worked it out ourselves. Used what we could for the end pieces. I'm sure the company would have responded positively had we contacted them. The initial call we received made me think we're dealing with a company that takes customer service very seriously.
The flooring was easy enough to put together and has a quality finish.
Very pleased overall.

Hello Paul,
Thank you for taking the time to review the Hardwood Floor Store. We're thrilled to hear you were happy with the service you were provided from the Customer Care and Sales teams.
We hope that you were able to finish your flooring with the boxes you had delivered and you are satisfied with the overall finish.
With damaged goods, we ask customers to take a picture of the palette so that we can re-send the goods and make a claim against the third party delivery service.
If you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our team!

Thank you for taking the time to review The Hardwood Floor Store Andrea! Your feedback helps us to constantly improve our customer care.
Pathetic
What the website advertised and what arrived was 2 completely different products. The people that work there showed no care or interest - disgraceful service and quality.
Had 2 pay from my own pocket to return the incorrect flooring I received and apparently the director was not willing to offer a refund for this
Do not use this rubbish company - bottom tier in all aspects

Thank you for taking the time to review The Hardwood Floor Store.
We are sorry to hear that you felt you had a poor experience with us.
We do try and discourage our customers from ordering flooring without seeing a sample of it first. After looking into your order, we can see that you did not utilise our free sample service. We encourage our customers to order up to three samples free of charge as colours do vary across boards and packs due to it being a stained natural wood.
Where possibly, we do try to add genuine customer images to our products to help future customers visualise what the flooring may look like in their home. We can also provide extra images upon request.
In line with our returns policy, we did provide you with the relevant information on how to return goods in order to qualify for a full refund which you did receive back in September.
Quick delivery of free samples

Hello Marius, thank you for taking the time to review The Hardwood Floor Store.
We're sorry to hear that you feel your experience was poor. Unfortunately it seems like your e-mail was missed over the Christmas period.
As you are still within your returns window, we will be more than happy to take the goods back and give you a full refund for the 13 unused packs.
One of the sales team will be in contact with you this morning with a returns label and instructions as to how to return the goods.
If you need any further information on how to pack the goods, please visit the Delivery and Returns page of our website where you can view the Step-By-Step Returns Guide.
If you have any more questions, or you'd like to talk to a member of our Customer Care team, feel free to call us on 01524 481292.

Hello Rachel,
Thank you for taking the time to review the Hardwood Floor Store.
We are sorry to hear that the delivery of the flooring was inconvenient for you.
We try to give as much information as possible prior to delivery so our customers are aware of what is required upon delivery to ensure it's as easy as possible.
Like with most third party delivery couriers, ours is kerbside delivery as the drivers are not insured to enter customer properties. If you require a white-glove service in future, we can provide at an additional cost.
Excellent all round
The web site is comprehensive and makes ordering very easy. Prices are competitive and the flooring purchased was good quality. After sales service was excellent, including a very quick refund for and unwanted item. All round excellent excellent purchasing experience.
