The order process and delivery worked…
The order process and delivery worked well.
However, the product (ski helmet) shipped was not as advertised online, in that it was presented as a two tone colour scheme (black / grey) when it was solid black
I was offered the opportunity to ship it back but not for it to be replaced with the item advertised.
In the end I decided to just keep the version shipped as returning it would take too much time / effort for not a lot of gain … I suspect though, this is built into the service model ..

Although you where in touch because customs had held my Skiing bib, delivery was supposed to be 14th March the item has still not been delivered , I'm happy to wait up to another week for delivery .
