Terrible customer service – still no refund
I paid for express shipping because I needed my order in time for a festival. Instead of arriving on time, the parcel was delivered several days late to a pickup point, making it completely useless to me. I communicated this to Happy Tuesdays right away.
Since the order had lost all value, I deliberately did not collect it. As a result, the parcel was automatically sent back via DPD – their own chosen shipping partner. The tracking status of this return has now been stuck for over two weeks.
At first, customer service told me I would get my refund once the parcel arrived back at their warehouse. However:
I never accepted delivery, so legally the risk does not lie with me.
The return was not initiated by me, it is fully their responsibility with DPD.
Instead of resolving the issue, they have now completely stopped replying to my emails.
This is not just a shipping delay – it’s a refusal to honor basic consumer rights and a complete lack of accountability. Paying for express shipping and then being ignored when things go wrong shows extremely poor customer service.
Conclusion:
– Late delivery (despite paying extra).
– No refund provided.
– Customer service now ignores me entirely.
I strongly advise against ordering from Happy Tuesdays.

Upon reviewing your order, we can see you opted for the free 1-2 working days shipping option at check out and later chose to update the delivery address to a location near a festival you were attending.
Your request to update the delivery address was received by the carrier on Friday 25th, delivery was then made to your updated delivery address on Monday 28th (1 working day later).
Our records indicate we emailed you to let you know we would issue a full refund as soon as the order was returned to our warehouse, which we have now completed. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.
Disappointed
It was my second time ordering, and something felt off. I was blown away by the batch I got in May, but this time it didn’t work as well. I felt anxious trying to fall asleep, didn’t sleep well, and woke up with my usual post-rave tiredness. My partner said he didn’t feel any difference at all and actually woke up hungover. It feels like they changed the formula or something.
The delivery also took almost three weeks to Canada, which was longer than last time. On top of that, I’m not a fan of paying high customs fees when the website falsely claims there aren’t any.
Not worth the money - I can get the same effect from my regular supplements. I won’t be ordering again.

Hi Anna. Thanks for leaving a review. Glad to hear you were blown away by the efficacy of the unique formula our packs when you first tried them. Many factors about your night can come into play about how you'll feel the following morning but I can confirm that our formula has not changed since when we started 5+ years ago so it's worth you continuing to try the packs you have :)
Per our site we don't generally ship anywhere that customs would stop orders entering the country so the issue you mention is rare. That said, customs officials are literally a law unto themselves but we want to take that risk away for our customers. That's why we have our "no customs fees guarantee" - if you have been charged, we're happy to refund you. Please drop help@happytuesdays.com with proof of payment and they'll take care of this for you.
Customer service is shocking
Customer service is shocking! Had a issue with the order when placed had correct address then clicking submit and getting a email back the address had changed. They delivered to incorrect address and expected me then to collect saying it was my error.
Even after a review they still refuse to say there is no error on their system and no resolution absolutely horrible service. I advise find another product!

The order tracking shows the order was delivered to the address provided during checkout and it would be available for you to pick up there.

Boomtown recovery
Took them whilst at boomtown and they worked literally perfect. Woke up and felt perfect everyday and the boomtown blues afterwards have been absolutely fine in comparison to last year not taking them. Don’t hesitate to buy these I promise you that you won’t regret it

This company is a total scam
This company is a total scam. I made an order to Germany in the beginning of June. They claimed it was dispatched. Nearly one month later - nothing. I was in contact with the support and they said, no problem, we'll send you again. Over a month later: my Festival season was done, and still nothing. I asked for a refund twice. Now I'm being ignored, and over 2 weeks waiting to be refunded - and it's an expensive product! 2 and a half months of the most horrible experience I've had when trying to buy something online - and still no solution... scamscamscam.

I believe there's potentially some miscommunication or maybe an issue with our emails going to your spam. We emailed you on 18 June, 9 July and 30 July asking for you to confirm the delivery address of your order so we could send the replacement given the first one didn't arrive but we didn't receive any response in relation to this. We are still happy to send a replacement should you confirm your address and we're also happy to refund you should you prefer that.
Discound code not active
I got a discount code
When i tried to use it went through but when i click on process payment then the discouny disappeared
The company tried to argument that they need more details about the discount code etc … but they dont understand that the code disappeared after I unfortunately paid without the promised discount
I feel frustrated in having purchased a more expensive item when there were so many options in the market

Fast delivery, love the products
The order came very fast and as expected. So far, my experiences with Happy Tuesdays' products are great, they really work well for me. The only thing, I find it hard every time to get an overview of all the products on offer. I was searching for the rave rehydration packs which I couldn't find, so eventually I ordered the all night electrolytes. Hope that works as well.

Didn’t make any discernible difference after Glastonbury I have to say. Still felt rubbish by the Friday. Probs just as good having a berocca. Lots of 5-star reviews by people who only have me review which makes me suspicious
