I swear by them
All I know is, I used to feel awful after raves and festivals and now I feel so much less awful since I started taking these supplements before going to sleep. Leave them with your PJs and a bottle of water so you can find them easily (if you're in a tent). This summer I went to Glastonbury, Junction 2 and Love International all within two months of each other - couldn't have done it without these little helpers. You feel more energised than you would usually and way less brain fog. They've always arrived quickly for me too (London and Leeds).

Convenience for special occasions
I've been using the Happy Tuesday rave bundle for the last few festivals I've been to. I do feel the supplements definitely ease some of the aches and pains after a long night and help get me started the next day. The bundles are very convenient but due to the price i only use them for special several-days long outings a few times a year.

I’ve been using Happy Tuesdays for the past four summers during festival season. I always end up panicking if I forget to order in time and have to pay for express delivery—but it’s worth it! It really helps me sleep better at night and feel so much fresher the next morning. The only challenge is taking so many vitamins before bed, but the results make it totally worth it.

Invest in your health, as well as partying
I've had a subscription with Happy Tuesdays for over a year now because they make such a difference to how I feel after festivals and nights out. I leave them on my pillow so I don't forget to take them, and they hugely enhance my mood and energy levels over the following few days. Several of my friends swear by them as well. One pack is less than the price of a drink, so it's worth investing in something healthy for your body after spending (much more) money on damaging it!

Love them
Love them. Party hard then do a bit of good before bed to help the body recover. The wellness packs make a huge difference after a big night or at a festival. The hydration sachets are so good as a next day pick me up.
This summer we were at a festival with friends and day 3 the energy was low. I shared out the hydration sachets and the change in vibe was massive. Now all my mates get them.
Counteract a bit of naughty with some good. Your body will thank you for it.
