Been using this vendor since April of this year no complaints on the product and they offer great deals through out the year. The customer service team is very attentive and responsive to emails. My only concern is the lack of transparency between the COAs and the actual vials shipped because they come with no lot number or any type of identification within the physical vial. It does however have a QR code which directs you to the homepage.

Pricing
I Feel HP plays a lot of games with their pricing. I quit ordering from them before for the same reason. I saw their 50% off sale so I decided to give them another try. When the sale was over, I felt good about the experience. Then two days later I receive a email about the sale again, so I decided all went well I would stock up on some items. Then I noticed the prices were increased by about $5 a vial. I felt that was suspect. It was presented as the same sale but was not the same!!! I have been asked to be removed from their email list. I would rather pay a little more to a business that will deal in good faith rather than feel they tried to hustle me.

The price adjustments you noticed involved products that already had smaller discounts applied. To introduce the 50% discount across all items without requiring a promo code, we removed those earlier discounts and applied the new promotion throughout the site. We understand that seeing prices change during this transition could raise questions, and we could have communicated that process more clearly.
Previously, the timing and duration of our promotions varied based on inventory levels and supply needs. We always tried to keep sales available for as long as possible, but those factors influenced when promotions started and ended. We recognize that changing sale timelines could make it difficult to plan a purchase.
To provide more clarity, we’ve since added a countdown timer to our website so customers can see when a sale is scheduled to end and have time to plan accordingly. Our goal is to make shopping with Happypeps straightforward, with clear pricing and promotions that are easy to follow.

It didn't meet expectations over three weeks; I lost only 1 lb, whereas with another brand, I had already lost 8 lbs in the same timeframe. I didn't feel any effects compared to the other brand.

Disappointed in their customer service
Disappointed in their customer service. I've been using this company a long time but one of the products didn't dissolve all the way. They said just give it time. After a few days I emailed back and was ignored twice. No advice or offer to fix it. On to the next.
I see I'm not the only one. Their rating use to be higher.
