I purchased bookends in January...I followed the tracking from Croatia (I did not know that was where it was coming from) and on February first it was in Bismark ND. It's March first and still haven't received the item. If I didn't really want the item, I would cancel. I may have to in the end. Not really showing good customer service. Also, it was $27. But after taxes etc. It was $44.00 which I was not aware of until I got my receipt and the order was already being processed.
I have emailed several times and have yet to get a satisfactory answer.

I ordered 2 of these clocks, when I received them they were not at all the quality they advertised, they were a small cheap version. I have asked for a refund but I get the worst customer service. For a 75.00 cdn purchase they offered me 6.00 usd as a refund. Insulting and wrong. I would never have ordered this crappy cheap clock, I would have been embarrassed to give it to anyone. Do not waste your time or money, it's a rip off.

I ordered the Chevy Small Block timing chain clock as a gift for my BF. The product I received did not match the product pictured on the website. It was cheap, a bicycle chain on a couple of cogs and it was covered in grease. They would not refund my purchase because they said I received the correct product. DO NOT order from this website.

I bought a clock off this company they sent me the wrong one I sent them a few emails and nobody wants to resolve the problem they sent me the wrong clock not the same one that I purchased

Ordered a Chevy timing chain all metal clock when it arrived it was cheap and nasty plastic one not the one we ordered and paid for in the picture on their web site, it cost us £58.80 as we live in the UK I have researched the cheap nasty one they sent us and I could have purchased one off EBAY for £17.50, now I have read other reviews on this company is seems common practice for them to rip people off so take my advice and don't use them.

Scam company. Do not believe the 'good' reviews. You'll pay more than the stated amount because of added taxes and you'll not get what you ordered. DO NOT BUY....SCAM

Ordered online without mention that sales tax would be added later or that product was being shipped from a different county and would also be subject to more fees. I feel deceived and I have not even received my order yet.

**SCAM WEBSITE** I wouldn't even give this place a one Star but it was the only option it would give me to write a complaint. Absoloute scam artists, robbing people. I ordered a calendar which came with bookmarkers. They sent out the bookmarkers to pass it off as the package being "delivered" but the calendar wasnt in the package that arrived. They are so hard to get a hold of and when they do get back they told me all the items were sent and offered me a 1 Dollar refund. Hopefully this site gets shut down before they take anyone elses money. Horrible people. AVOID using this site whatever you do

Most horrible experience! I have ordered clothes, and the package arrived firstly delayed second when I opened it was an old pillow just pure rubbish instead what I paid for! After I try contacting the company they won’t refund me they tried to say they send the package and is nothing to with them! It’s all ok. To get hold on to them is impossible! And I paid a lot money and received just rubbish and they won’t take responsibility and no money back they keep on a some talk. I wish someone could take them

Bezorging en kwaliteit van bh is goed maar de maten kloppen absoluut niet wat er op label staat
Omvang is te klein dan wat label beweerd het is zeker 4 maten te klein en de cupmaat ze hebben 3 cupmaten voor 1 bh gedaan. Maar een E cup borst kan niet in een C cup bh en een c cup borst zit veel te veel loze ruimte in een E cup bh.

Ik heb klacht ingediend en ik krijg alleen als antwoord dat label klopt met wat ik heb besteld. Maar de maten kloppen niet met label en ik weet meten is weten en referenties kijken ik heb zelfs bewust een maat groter besteld maar mijn stiefdochter met een C/D cup past er zelfs amper in dus hoe moet ik dan met mijn E cup er in komen?

Helaas geven ze geen degelijk antwoord op deze klacht en negeren ze het voor de rest. Erg jammer en teleurstellend en ik raadt mensen af om daar bestelling te doen.
