The calls to your mother were intended as brief check‑ins after her cancellation, just to see how she was getting on and whether she needed any support. They should never feel pushy or rude, and I’m sorry if that’s how they came across.
From the notes, it looks like you answered the call when your mother wasn’t available. As we couldn’t complete security checks or speak with her directly, the adviser wasn’t able to continue the conversation, which may have felt abrupt – please accept our apologies for that.
We’ve now requested that no further check‑in calls are made, so you shouldn’t hear from us by phone again unless you ask us to. If you or your mother ever need anything in future, we’re very happy to help over email instead.

From day one had issues with actually signing up as their website wasn’t accepting my email address. Then had to wait a further 4 days for someone to ask me all the same questions on the phone that I’d already completed as part of the application before they’d approve the order. I attempted to cancel due to this 4 day wait to be told they couldn’t cancel/refund because my order had already been approved. It hadn’t. Only after I spoke to them on the phone did I get an email saying my order had been approved and was being sent out. When I was then due to reorder I decided to cut my losses and cancelled the subscription. A week or so later I went back onto the portal to check what the price would be if I was ordering again to see it was almost double the initial introductory price. Decided I’d made the correct choice cancelling everything and moved on. Tonight I have realised they’ve taken that second payment despite my subscription being cancelled! I haven’t completed any check in and haven’t asked for any further prescriptions from them. I’ve requested a refund as they haven’t actually provided any services/goods to me. If I don’t receive a refund I will be contacting trading standards and general pharmaceutical council for advice.
Take your money elsewhere as this company is awful.

There was no option to see the next price without clicking on the subscription section which when I realised was reactivated was then cancelled within 60 seconds, as acknowledged in your email. It’s a bit ridiculous you’ve taken that as a go ahead to take next payment when you could see I hadn’t completed a check in or asked for any further prescription. You were happy to take my money without knowing I was still suitable to take the drug.
I did also raise a ticket on your portal as soon as I realized you’d taken payment but you responded here first.

Following our missed call, you confirmed that you would prefer to communicate via email, and we completely respect that. We’ve since emailed you so we can go through everything in detail with you.
Regarding the most recent payment: our records show that your subscription was re‑activated on 21/08 at 07:20. The payment was processed at the point of reactivation, which is why the charge was taken. We have not received any prior contact from you by email or phone requesting not to proceed or asking for a refund. The first request we received for a refund was via this Trustpilot review, and once we received that, it was passed over to be processed for you as soon as possible.
On pricing, your first order included an introductory discount, which is made clear during sign-up. Subsequent orders are charged at the standard price. If you ever have any questions about pricing before reactivating, we would always recommend contacting us directly so we can explain the costs in full and help you decide whether you wish to continue. The same applies to refunds – we do need you to let us know you don’t want to go ahead with an order so we can look at options with you.
We completely understand how frustrating this situation feels from your side, and we’re keen to work with you to resolve any remaining concerns. Please feel free to reply to our email, or if you change your mind about calling, you can reach us on 0333 004 0020 so we can review your account with you and address your concerns in full.

My money has been in my pending account for a week. They have asked me to send photos in slim fitting clothes which I have done each time. There is no link to upload the photos so have to send as a separate messages try to ring helpline and get cut off. Awful service

Customer service was really good
Phoned them in regards to changing prescription date due to holiday. I was dealt with promptly and professionally. The only negative is there phone system (maybe headsets) are really awful and made it difficult to understand the operator. Delivery has always been good but it would help if I was able to send to a pick up location.
