I accidentally purchased the wrong gift…
I accidentally purchased the wrong gift voucher (Nandos instead of Tesco) and immediately requested cancellation/refund - Nandos terms and conditions allow refunds if voucher is unused. Hapi benefits agreed they would refund and ‘raised a ticket on my account’ as I am gluten free and live 100 miles away from Nandos, they said once Nandos confirmed to them it was cancelled I would get a refund processed. I then requested Nandos to cancel for refund which they did. When I contacted Hapi benefits again they said they were still awaiting confirmation from Nandos, so I went back to Nandos who told me they have had no contact from Hapi benefits at all requesting this. I then asked for a data request from Hapi benefits and to chase up my refund, as I did not believe they ever sent an email to Nandos. To this day - they have never sent my data request which is now reported to ICO, nor have they refunded me (I have had no voucher and no promised refund for my purchase for over a month). My bank is now investigating for a chargeback.
I have used this company for years as a loyal regular customer, so it’s very disappointing to be misled and chasing what they owe me for so long.

Patricia my helper was a Billiat example to any body thinking of becoming one she was 100% brilliant in her job and should be an example by the way she works to others cannot praise her enough worked way beyond her working hours and I wasn't rushed in any way just a brilliant example Thanks a million Pat
Hapi app is worthless
I bought an £85 voucher for Sainsbury's while I was at the till. I was charged, but I didn't receive any voucher. Is the second time this happens to me. I am never going to use the everyday discounts again. Not worth the stress and the time. The worst app ever.
