Absolutely a 5 star company. Their prices are very competitive, their range of goods is as good as many bigger stores, and their level of service and working hard for customer satisfaction is second to none. Everybody is very pleasant and helpful, and Hull is lucky to have Hanson Electrical and Kitchens around.

Great price for the washing machine, recycling of old machine & removal of packaging. Excellent customer services arranging delivery & on the date I requested. Delivery was in the morning when I had been told it would be in the afternoon, but I was able to accommodate that & I'd rather the delivery be early than late. Efficient & friendly delivery drivers. Would shop there again.

This is a great example of why we need more companies like Hanson Electrical and not online shopping. I am single and I don't have a clue about appliances. The staff were amazing, the prices were very reasonable. They delivered quickly, installed and removed the old washing machine. A fantastic product, great delivery guys. I won't go anywhere else now. Come on guys support your local supplier, I couldn't have done it without them.

I ordered on the Friday evening and was sent an email almost immediately stating i could collect the next day. I collected later that week, and was helped into the van by the guys working there, no problems whatsoever.

Steve Hardy at Hansons planned and supplied our kitchen. We required a lot of additional building, electrical and plumbing work. Ant Renfree coordinated all the work, fitted the kitchen and carried out some additional work for us. Everything ran really smoothly, any issues were sorted quickly and professionally and the experience was made as stress free as possible for us. The kitchen is excellent quality and the work carried out by all the trades was of a really high standard. We love the finished kitchen. Would not hesitate to recommend Hansons and their contractors.

Always bought from Hanson Electrical, good friendly service and love supporting local businesses, bought a tumble dryer this time.

Very easy to buy online and rang the same day asking about access to the premises and a delivery estimate on the day. The guys were friendly and respectful to our property would highly recommend

From start to finish, our experience was first class. We placed our order over the phone on Friday and requested a delivery for the Monday, which was confirmed.

The driver called us half an hour before delivery (as promised) and arrived on time. The drivers were extremely pleasant and helpful, which was refreshing to see.

It's not the first time we've used this independent retailer and won't be the last.

Purchased a freestanding gas cooker that was competitively priced, delivery was quick and efficient.

4.5*It would have been a 5 if the delivery men had rung half hour before they delivered as I was told they would. I was in the back garden and they came to the front so missed them . So had to rearrange delivery . Apart from that everything was fab . I would buy again from them .

Excellent service, ordered online on a Wednesday evening for free delivery on Friday. Received a call on Thursday morning to thank me for the order and explain the delivery slot. The delivery driver rang when they were 15 minutes away and delivery was extremely friendly and efficient. Can’t fault the service
