You can buy from our huge range online or visit our fantastic showrooms on Willerby Road, or Holderness Road in Hull. We display the best appliances from all of the major manufacturers for you to see and touch. We keep a large selection of appliances in stock in our warehouse and also operate a Click and Collect service, where we reserve items for customers. You can order online and check for a delivery date with our postcode checker, which instantly checks availability. We use our own fleet of vehicles to offer a prompt delivery service. Small undercounter fridge
I purchased a small fridge to replace one that was no longer working, for my parents who are in their mid 80's. They were concerned as neither of them can lift anything heavy. Hanson's rang me as soon as I had mentioned this on the order, and reassured me that the delivery men would do everything. This was the case and my parents were not only pleased with their new fridge, but delighted with the way it was delivered etc.

Very rude sales assistant
We visited the Willerby Rd store today at 2.45 to look at washing machines we were approached by a sales man told him just looking after the 3rd time of approach he started saying bosch have a deal on we told him we weren't interested in that make at which point he became very confrontational saying that hover were very tinny and that he couldn't show us anything else so after a quick look at another washing machine we left only to order the one we wanted from AO won't be giving them our custom

I have passed your comments onto the Manager and we will look into this matter to resolve. I would really hope you would give us a second chance to prove this is not the company way and yesterday was one off.

Delivery
2 lovely men came to my grandmas house to deliver a fridge and take away the old one. The men was really kind and understanding and waited for me to arrive as my grandma struggles with Alzheimer’s but they was so understanding and even helped me with emptying the old fridge ! Would definitely recommend.
