Complex project well supported.
The process is complex due to the necessary installation aspects required. Yet, Hanso Home and the sales team, James, helped us out, consulting with the deck construction representative, answered all technical questions, and other concerns. The ordering site and process was very user friendly and flexible. Look forward to a professionally supported project and installation process.

Hanso the best pergola purchase after exhaustive research
The agent with whom I spoke, Ray Salvio, was polite, informative and quite patient with the many questions I asked. He followed up promptly on every detail. After exhaustive research I determined the Hanso Horizon was the best pergola for my Denver home, the best price, the best well-made and the best promotions (discount sales prices for the season). All in all it was a relaxing, pleasant and informative experience and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Ordered 4/1/26…still waiting
Ordered our awning 4/1/26. Today is 9/22/26. Still no awning. No updates from the company.
I call in once a month now. Still can’t get any information. Wish I could actually rate the product- looks really nice. Not sure how they stay in business when no awnings are being shipped. A little more proactive communication with the customer could go a long way.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Stay away from them and I'll save you the hassle. Google their BBB profile. It's awful.
I spent close to 5k on a retractable awning that clearly they did not communicate that they make this thing overseas. There was NO communication whatsoever on it being delayed and I am now almost 4 months into waiting with literally no movement.
They will call you relentlessly and as soon as they have your money, POOF. They will disappear and then when you reach out "oh it's shipping delays." HORRIBLE.
