Customer service non-existent & quality declined
Three weeks ago, I contacted Hanro regarding noticeable quality issues: one recently purchased underwear item was clearly lower quality despite owning 2 pairs of the same model bought previously and cared for identically. I also raised concerns about the quality of their modal silk pyjama pants. No response to this day.
I’ve bought many Hanro products over the years, but the recent drop in quality combined with complete disregard for customers has convinced me to stop purchasing the brand altogether. Well done, Hanro.
