What a brilliant company to deal with. I had lots of questions that needed answering before placing an order and they were so patient and helpful. Once I had placed the order it arrived really quickly and well packaged. I can't recommend Handsling Bikes highly enough - they're how every bike shop should be.

Stunning bikes, will not find customer service any better than the guys from Handsling. 👍

Great personal service. I have had to wait for an accessory for my bike to arrive as it wasn't in stock. When the part arrived, one of the Handsling team delivered it personally to my house - brilliant.

Firstly the bike (A1r0evo) is absolutely brilliant! Already got lots of miles on it and it’s good at everything. Comfortable over long distances, fast, climbs really well. Did a 105 mile ride on it and was more than up to it! It took longer than expected to get the bike from order to delivery but that was mainly down to the popularity of the bike and the build queue. But throughout the process the Handsling team were helpful and communicated well. And also they accommodated changes I wanted so the bike was perfect before delivery. Some minor teething trouble when I received the bike but again the Handsling team dealt with it all quickly and helpfully. Would highly recommend the A1r0evo and Handsling if you are looking for a brilliant bike.

I had an abysmally bad experience with Handsling. I ordered a bike that was supposed to be in my hands in the US in 3-4 weeks. I messaged them after that 4 weeks and they said they were waiting on parts. They never updated me and nearly 4.5 months later, they finally gave me a refund. I gave them a deadline after about 2.5 months and it took them nearly 4 months after that to give me my money back. This ruined a cycling vacation(it's a track bike and the trip was a track camp) for me and a friend that couldn't afford to go alone.

*You can look back at my messages. I explicity stated that if you couldn't mail me my bike by the end of the week, that you needed to give me my money back. You didn't because your customer service is atrocious

Constant update on the build of a new and custom painted frameset. Responses to my inquiries, within a day! And the finished product is outstanding. A+ rating from me.

I bought a new set of bars for my handsling aero bike earlier. The bars themself are fantastic value for money and the delivery was extremely prompt and well packed

I love my Handsling AiRevoS. It's a fantastic bike; fast and racy but also comfy even after 5 hour rides. It is great value compared to bigger brands (I went for ultegra Di2 / Parcours Strade build) and also looks amazing in carbon gloss. The buying experience was top notch; after spending a lot of time with me on my initial visit they were very patient with me making subsequent changes my order.
The build did take slightly longer than the advertised 4-6 weeks, but I ordered one of the new S lighter frames.
All in all, highly recommended.

Firstly and most importantly the bike is incredible (A1R0evo) and they also allow you to test ride the bike (pretty important when you are laying out that sort of money). My sales contact was very helpful in the ordering process however there were a few delays in getting the bike complete (2/3 weeks), which after riding the bike was definitely worth it. A final note that tubeless tyres are so much better - faster, less vibration, more grounded bike.

I placed my order for a Handsling A1R0evo in March after I visited the workshop in Oakhanger (originally only to have a look at Handsling and to see if the A1R0evo is a bike to consider after I’ve seen a YouTube review as I haven’t known the brand before). In my search, I was looking for a fast but comfortable road bike at a good value. Can only recommend visiting the workshop as it allows you to try different frame sizes. You also benefit from personalized bike fitting and Pete and the team take absolutely all the time it requires to find a good fit for you on the bike. My previous bike is a Canyon and I found out that in many regards, the bike didn’t actually fit me well (too long stem length, too long crank length etc).

What’s also great about Handsling is that you can customize the bike as you like including 30+ frame color options and component choices, so the bike you buy is really made for you (at still a very competitive price point). It also appreciated that Pete was very honest about what component choices make most sense (I went for mid-level SRAM Force given the gains for the Red group set maybe be more limited for everyday riders).

I’ve now ridden the bike for about 500km and it’s a pleasure to ride (aero, fast, stiff but comfortable). I originally was more looking at endurance type bikes as I, like most people, don’t race but want to enjoy long weekend rides. However I still wanted to have a fast bike and it turned out that the Handsling A1R0evo is a perfect fit.

All in all, very happy with my purchase, you might have to wait for a few weeks to get your bike after you’ve placed the order, however there probably aren’t many brands where the bike you buy is actually only made for you and it’s not a mass produced bike. Customer service is also excellent, Pete and the team respond to any questions in a few hours.

If you are in the market for a new road bike, I’d encourage you to have a look at this (maybe not as well known) bike brand!
