Prompt delivery and great range of hampers
Prompt delivery easy to navigate the website, however I did email twice after ordering and did not receive a reply which was the only let down of the whole experience.

I placed an order on the 30th January…
I placed an order on the 30th January 2025 to be delivered to my son and daughter in law on the 31st January as a thank you for taking me to the tennis. My order didn't arrive. It was sent to me (wrong address) 4 days late. My order included 2 bottles of very expensive wine which was delivered by Australia post. Package was hot on arrival. I requested for a new one to be sent to my son to which you agreed. 5 days later still no hamper delivered. Very frustrating and disappointed. After many phone calls and time frame I asked for a refund. The hamper was picked up and refund given. I would not recommend in my experience using Hampers Galore.

Great choice and well priced

First time user for non technology person!
I found the site easy to use especially for myself that isn’t computer savvy, I nice range to choose from and not badly priced, this was my first time using this site, my sister uses the website at least a dozen times a year, I am looking forward to my next purchase as we are already thinking of the next celebration family have coming up! I placed my order on a Thursday and…
I placed my order on a Thursday and chose and paid for same day delivery as I had a party on Friday that I was going to take the hampers to as a gift. I contacted the delivery team o. Friday to confirm that I would be receiving the hampers that day and they tracked it down and they confirmed that I would be receiving the hampers before 6pm. I waited and waited and no delivery and no gift to take to the party. It is now 2 days later and I still have received the package.
I understand sometimes deliveries are out of people’s hands however you should not offer a same day service and charge for it if it is not achievable. The fact that you pay extra for service that was not provided is not acceptable.
This has been a big let down. And will probably not purchase from you again. I noticed that also you don’t provide a refund for the shipping.

The gift was beautifully presented and exactly as pictured. The only down side is that I wanted it delivered on Valentine’s Day and it was delivered the day before. I had selected Friday the 14th Feb for delivery.

Good website with range of options. The recipient follows a plant based lifestyle so happy to see vegan options. Ordering system was easy to follow and delivery was efficient.
