I recently booked a cake smash photography session with Halo Photography for my one-year-old grandson, and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish.

They captured some absolutely beautiful photos of him, and when we returned for the viewing, we were spoiled for choice – there were so many amazing shots to choose from!

Mark, the photographer, had impeccable timing and really knew how to capture those perfect moments. Lisa was equally wonderful, helping us with poses and keeping Alex smiling and engaged throughout the session.

The service was truly perfect from beginning to end, and I would highly recommend Halo Photography to anyone looking to capture special memories.

Mark & Lisa were absolutely brilliant with both us and our kids for a new born shoot. We have used them new born shoots now for both of our children and would recommend to anyone needing this service. They work so well together whist doing the shoot and very approachable and great with kids.

Mark is an excellent photographer and made me feel very comfortable during the shoot - it was a fun session. The service was fast and to a very high standard.

We had our first newborn photoshoot in 2023 for our first baby and just had another for our second. Honestly would not go anywhere else for this and would recommend Mark and Lisa to everyone. They both went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and accommodated to whatever we needed whether it was offering us drinks throughout, making sure I was comfortable with positions/ movement with being postpartum, pausing multiple times so I could feed the baby or making sure my toddler was entertained with toys! Both are amazing with children, they handled my newborn so gently and have so much patience. They also made my toddler belly laugh the full time meaning we got the most perfect photos back. I’m blown away by their talents, I will treasure the photos they have taken forever! Absolute legends x

We had our newborn photoshoot at Halo who have been amazing. Lisa and Mark are amazing at their job and made the shoot very comfortable and relaxed. Our little one needed a feed before he was camera ready which was no issue for Lisa and Mark, we did not feel pressured at all or rushed in any way. They both create such a calming fun environment. Lisa was amazing with our baby boy getting the best poses whilst always asking us if we were comfortable. Finally, we want to say huge thank you to Lisa and Mark for including our first baby boy in the shoot who sadly passed last year. They handled all his belongings with such care and captured such beautiful photos and memories of our boys together which we will cherish forever. Thank you both so much!

Would like to say a big THANK YOU to both of them we have received over 700 photos from them (much more than we expected) all the photos were absolutely incredible, the service from both Mark and Lisa are second to non, they made me and my wife feel so comfortable and focused on us through out the full day! Outstanding in all respects. From start to finish Lisa and Mark “held our hands”. On the day of the wedding everyone commented on how professional they were and how they conducted themselves. Ultimately the end results were outstanding in content and quality- just what we wanted. We had a family shoot, the kids felt so comfortable around both mark and Lisa. We all really enjoyed it, my sister has already asked if she can have another shoot for her birthday in next few months she loved it that much! Thank you for an amazing time!

Amazing experience having a family photoshoot. Mark and Lisa were so great at getting the best photos of a precocious 2 year old, a reluctant dad and a mam convinced she can never take a good photo! Absolutely loved all the photos and due to very reasonable prices, was able to purchase a great range!

We required digital passport photos to enable us to apply online. I did some research on local companies and Halo photography studio were the best price. We were given an appointment and it was all done quickly, no waiting. The digital code was sent to my email within half an hour. The passport application was easy to complete. Plus they were helpful letting us know what is best to wear and choosing the right photo to complete the process.

Outstanding service, the team are extremely warm and welcoming. There are some children’s toys dotted around to keep little ones entertained whilst you’re between shoots which is fab. We are absolutely over the moon with the photos we got and will continue to use Halo in the future! Thanks guys!

We had a newborn shoot in October 2023 and what a wonderful experience it was. Lisa and mark were very professional and we were completely put at ease from walking through the door to leaving.
