From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect pieces. The store has a stunning variety of styles, from modern chic to classic elegance, ensuring there’s something for everyone.

What impressed me most was the quality of the furniture. I chose a beautiful sectional sofa that not only looks amazing but is also incredibly comfortable. The cushions are plush, yet supportive, making it a perfect spot for lounging or entertaining. The craftsmanship is evident in every detail, from the stitching to the materials used.

Delivery was a breeze! The team was punctual, professional, and took great care while bringing the furniture into my home. They even helped set everything up, making the whole experience hassle-free. I’m already planning my next purchase for a bedroom set because I’m so impressed with the quality and service.

I replaced my old chair. Hallways purchase was painless. Delivery perfect. And I didn't realise just how awful my old chair was until the new one arrived!

Jo and her staff were great from the very start. When I first approached Jo about our sale she was great at explaining everything and was very efficient getting the advert up and running as soon as we were ready. Jo was great at selling, it didn’t take long to get an offer despite putting it up just before Christmas. She’s very honest and approachable and answered any calls or messages very quickly and willing to go above and beyond to help. I would highly recommend Jo and her company.

Very helpful via video call to assemble the desk

You changed the fititngs without changing the instructions. It was impossible to put the desk together as per the instructions. When asked, you replied that the change only happened a week ago and you hadn't had time to reprint the instructions. Pathetic!

Ordering was easy and the desk was great value. Delivery happened at the time and date specified. Cannot fault Hallways

The chairs were of good quality and reasonably priced. One of the chairs had a small tear in the fabric but a replacement was sent out very quickly.

The chair i purchased was perfect & easy to assemble. My only complaint would be the delivery driver who was rude & lazy. I was in hospital 10 days earlier, but
the driver made me carry it from the road, stating it was to heavy for him.

Where do I even begin with how good these people are. I WISH I knew about them sooner. Jo has been amazing since day one. She has literally contact me every day over the last 6 months with updates. She's not afraid to chase people for answers and has worked on her days off and evenings to progress our sale. I have used high street estate agents before, and they don't compare in the slightest. Our transaction has not been the smoothest (not due to Hallways) but Jo not only made sure we got the house of our dreams, but also that we sold our current house for a decent price. I cannot thank her and her team enough and I will continue to recommend her to everyone and anyone that will listen! Jo - you are amazing, professional, caring, driven, an amazing negotiator and you have bent over backwards for us and we will never forget it. From the bottom of our hearts - thank you.

One of my worst buying experiences. I was told the chair I purchased was unavailable 14 days after I made payment (for an item showing as available on National Furniture Supplies). Another shipping disappointment followed after I picked a replacement chair and 28 days after I first placed the order I received a chair damaged during shipping (scuff marks on the leg).
Chair looks good but the disappointment takes the joy away.

I was very wary of ordering a chair online as I had had a bad experience with a Chinese product that I had ordered from a certain well-known online shopping site. But Hallways delivered in one day just the products I was looking for -only minor problem being that metal looking parts of the chair were not metal but metallic-painted plastic, so perhaps, read product descriptions carefully (duh!). Other than that, I had an excellent experience. Thank you.

I purchased an office chair from Hallways and it was delivered 1st thing Friday morning. The box containing the chair was badly damaged and there were no fixings or instructions in the box. I gave the office a call and they said not to worry and they would put a chair together for me and have it with me in the afternoon.
