I've been puchasing equipment from this company for over 30 years and have always found them to be competative and very reliable.

Instructions were wrong and bolts were missing.

Product (filing cabinet) supplied was excellent, but the service was outstanding. I have considerable mobility issues, and was delighted when your delivery staff member carried the cabinet into our flat, placed it where required, unpacked, fitted handles and feet - and took away packaging .

recently purchased a chair which before buying was given valuable advice from Peter on the sales team, followed in due course by a courtesy call from Phil on the transport team to agree a date for delivery. Finally was delivered as scheduled by Lee, built and ready for use. Thoroughly pleased by the whole process and highly recommended.

This was the first time I have bought some furniture from Hallways, I have found it a very positive experience. Regrettably one of the items was damaged when I opened the packaging but it was immediately replaced and delivered very promptly. Great customer service. No complaints. Great communication and despite a coupl of issues with damaged goods everything was resolved in a timely manner. Great customer service.

Table and chairs look great, but chairs were a pig to get the arms on and required 2 people to fit - one to bend/flex the chair and arms into place whilst the other lines up and fixes off.

Good quality stuff, friendly and helpful delivery driver. All in all 10/10 👍

The office chair that I bought was available from several suppliers but Hallways were competitively priced and local to me. The quality met my expectations and is much better than the old chair it replaced. I chose to have free local delivery thinking it would be the quickest but this wasn’t the case as it took just over a week to arrive. Having said that I did get a call from the driver en route and he was very helpful and polite. I would have given 5 stars if the delivery was quicker.

From order to delivery all was performed to high professional standard.

Ordering was easy; delivery was within a short time; the delivery man was very helpful in unpacking the cabinet and putting on the wheels and taking away all the packaging.

Saw a chair I liked in a cafe, took a photo and did an image search and Hallways came up as one of the options. They had the best price, by a long way. The chairs were delivered the next day.
