The product was not for I bought for
I bought the watch as advised for my mom.I wrote them e mail if it will work for copd they said YES. After those months it didn't change the situation. That's when I wrote again guess what the copd was not on their list. Don't trust any thing they say.it might work for BP and Diabetes but not for everything.What a waste of my money. Thank you for nothing.

Thank you for your inquiry. The watch is mainly used for blood-related symptoms only. It is widely used for Sinus, ears, and throat too using probes.
Neck feels AWESOME!
I've quite a bit of neck pain over the years from my time in the Army. I use to get injections, pop my neck, and take pain meds, but that was temporary. The Neck Care device is a game changer, and boy it has made a difference!

Hard to use
No helpful instructions and customer service said they don't take returns after purchase. It doesn't work as the video suggests either.

Delivery was timely
Delivery was timely. Item received in expected condition. I use this device regularly to relieve numbness and pain i experience in my arms due to a compressed disk. I use this now instead of going to the chiropractor for cervical traction and it works very well for me.

It doesn't work correctly
It doesn't work correctly. The first extension doesn't extend and the electrodes on the unit doesn't always work on the neck. They are intermittent. I do not have a way to contact the company to have the nit replaced.

My order was shipped about as year ago. Why are you asking me now? My order took a long time to arrive. Shipped from China? A small neck brace? Then got stuck at UPS because it lacked some kind of import/export documentation. I had to work with your customer service to get that. Customer service was very good, by the way. Due to the lack of paperwork, UPS charged me for every day it was held. Cost me about $125 which is more than the neck brace cost.

a scam, if you don't want to have cervical pain and waste your money, don't buy it! It is one of the worst investments of my life... they should prohibit selling devices that supposedly help you feel better when it is the other way around... health is something too serious to play like that
