Not worth the money and not returnable!
I reluctantly ordered this, but since I've been working in an office my neck is a little more sore and I should have known better. It slightly helps my neck but it's very uncomfortable and hurts the back of my head. The motion that helps my neck actually makes the back of my head throb. I only tried it once and just received an email that said due to hygiene reasons (once it's been opened) they cannot accept a return. Another lesson to not order off of social media... Sometimes it pays but not this time. This was a more expensive lesson.

The product is less effective than…
The product is less effective than portrayed in the advertising. This item does not actually 'stretch' the neck the way it shows in the ads. Disappointed. Delivery and communication were good.

Dry eye sufferers do not buy!
This product is extremely hard and uncomfortable. Before even turning it on, I knew I couldn’t keep it. It hurt my nose bridge and the sides of my eyes terribly. Once turned on, BARELY any steam came out. Like I would have to look to see it because it’s none. If you’re a dry eye sufferer, spend your money elsewhere. The Manta heat cups work very well and are cheaper. The product is very hard to return. I am still unsure if I will get refunded my money minus 25%. Also you have to pay for return shipping which was $15. So after that I may get back 50% of what I spent. And that’s a huge maybe from the way their email sounds.
