The device does its job my neck and shoulder pain is much better! Just wish the operation instructions were easier to follow it’s too confusing to many modes and each mode is divided into 3 other modes I have to remember what A,B,AB are for!

1.Overpriced products.The same product on Amazon "SRSECE Portable Office Restaurant School Home Atomizer Nano Steam Gun (540ml)" cost $29.99
2.Misleading and dishonest information from customer service.
Before buying “ Halifogger Elite nano gun spray” ,I contacted customer service asking specific question : if blue light beam on nano spray gun can be turned off? it was very important feature of the spray gun for me. I was reassured by customer service representative, that the blue light beam can be disabled .I inquire about return policy to make sure I can return device in case blue light beam cannot be turned off. I was told that I can return the product within 14 days without problem if item is in original package ,and in the same condition as it was received .
I placed the order.Receiving the item I find out that blue light beam cannot be disabled.Contacted customer service again, they promised me to email manual of the product. The manual never came.Because the blue light beam on the device can not be disabled I decided to returned the product. I returned the product in the original package ,in the same condition I received it. Halipax didn’t refund me original price I paid $134.95 They deducted $33.75 restocking fee. Dishonest business.

Firstly, we'd like to clarify that Halipax is the sole manufacturer of the product you purchased, and we currently do not have any authorized resellers on Amazon. Similar-looking products on other platforms may be counterfeit or aftermarket copies. Halipax does not endorse or sell such items.
Regarding your concerns about misleading information from our customer service, we have thoroughly reviewed your conversation with our agent. Our product page provides detailed information for customers, and upon examination, we found that our customer service provided accurate details during your inquiry.
We authorized your return approximately one month ago, and received your return just a week ago- but unfortunately, the product was received in an unacceptable condition. Legally, we could have refused the refund due to the extensive damage caused to the product. Nevertheless, as a goodwill gesture, we proceeded with the refund.
The restocking fee, which is standard for returns not meeting our policy criteria, could be waived under normal circumstances. However, given the condition in which the product was returned, it was not in compliance with our return policy.
We understand your dissatisfaction and would like to work toward a resolution. Please contact our customer service team with your order details, and we'll do our best to find a satisfactory solution.

The tightening nob just broke today
This was my mistake, I had given this product a 2-star review because the tightening nob had broken (which has been the only flaw, the product has really helped with my neck pain), but I had forgotten that it has a 1-year warrantee--again, my mistake not theirs. I'm going to submit a request for a replacement.
