It took 9 days for my package to arrive. Needless to say some of orange were covered in green and white mold the rest were soft. When I complained and sent a picture I was asked how many were moldy! After contacting customer service I was issued a full refund.

Arrival times was a bit confusing being given two different times to expect package. Cake was nicely packaged but not as sweet as described but still moist.

Delayed Response
I was initially very pleased with the whole ordering process. However it took two phone calls and an email to obtain a refund for a delivery problem . I had hoped to replace the gift box but it was no longer available. In spite of the difficulty encountered, I do intend to replace the gift box when the Fall products are available.

I have never had an inferior shipment from Hale groves. Superior fruit, especially the ruby grapefruit. Currently awaiting MANGOS!

Delicious citrus fruit
The web site was easy to use. The gift basket selections were varied, so it was easy to find what I wanted, and easy to order.
It arrived when they said it would and my family said the oranges, grapefruit and tangerines were delicious.

When the box got here one of the oranges was rotten completely and moldy and the rest had tiny brown spots. I ended up throwing them all away.

The shipping was fine. The price for the peaches was high considering that peaches were not sweet tasting and had five that were bruised that I ended up getting rid of them

Late for Easter
The items I ordered for Easter gifts were out of stock after I had ordered them. The company offered me a subsitute that was slightly more expensive at the same price I paid for the original items. I agreed to the substitution; however they did not tell me that my order would not arrive in time for Easter, and were in fact a week late.

Most of the tangerines were dry and had no juice. One orange was covered with mold and had to be thrown away, Does this affect all items in that tray?red with mold and were thrown away.

Moldy oranges and poor customer service.
Ordered oranges as a gift, they were in transit for over a week and arrived moldy. When I complained, the company wanted the gift recipient to submit pictures before they would do anything. Some gift - here's some moldy oranges and a big hassle.
