Ordering was a breeze. Site was easy to navigate. The products were outstanding. Georgia peaches were wonderful. Utah cherries? Who knew? Also wonderful. Mangoes also very good.

The peaches and cherries were excellent…
The peaches and cherries were excellent but the mangoes were overripe. One split open the other was mushy and the2orange green ones were discolored with dark spots inside. The whole order was not edible.

I ordered 13 peaches for a Father's Day…
I ordered 13 peaches for a Father's Day gift. They were delivered on Friday. 7 of the 13 were rotten! I was so disappointed and a little embarrassed. I have ordered citrus during the winter months and always been pleased. Maybe it is just too hot and humid to order fruit in June. I won't order anything from here again.

Fedex delivery was awful; fruit and customer service great.
Fedex delivery was awful. First one rode the truck for weeks and never came. BUT a call to customer service quickly led to a re-send and final delivery, which was much appreciated as delicious (albeit less timely). Please, Hale Groves, choose another carrier for delivery!!! Fedex takes zero responsibility or accountability, ignores the consumer (only a direct call to the local warehouse was answered; the supervisor admitted that the guy who took it on his truck was a bozo who they had problems with, but they couldn't do anything about it), and besmirches the otherwise great experience of buying from Hale.

My religious beliefs forbid eating fruits without seeds. I will not order moving forward.

Package arrived in timely manner. Recipient was very pleased with the package and its contents. However, there was suppose to be jelly beans in the gift package and there was a substitution. I was disappointed as I had those in mind for the kids in the family.
