Wouldn’t purchase again, the hair from the start was not in anyway European and it was very corse and stuck up if you sat in a car or in bed, in fact I don’t even know if horse hair was used as I know it can be added to extensions, if I knew where to have it tested I would have, and the top had a large bald patch after only 12 weeks , I did treat the hair as advised I tried to put picture up but it won’t do it

We have looked on our system and can’t even see an order from you?
Our closures will not last if the correct after care advice is not given
Shedding after 12 weeks of wear can be down to bad aftercare, brushing too hard, conditioner on the root or even scratching your head while wearing. The hair bunching up can be over use of heat without using any heat protector and the hair shafts have been damaged which can cause the hair to bunch up.
Closures are extremely delicate products and need a lot of care and attention.
Most wearers will get 6 months plus from our hair by using the correct products and looking after correctly.
We are sorry you were not happy but we have had no order from you to try and rectify any complaint x

Hi Kimberly, We can see you ordered from us on the 26th April but haven’t heard anything from you regarding being able to see the lace. We would of appreciated being able to exchange or refund your purchase if you were not happy instead of leaving us a poor review. We are sorry you were not happy with your purchase but we would of done everything to rectify the problem if you had contacted us first.
