My experience was a fantastic one. From the very first time I even spoke to them on the phone. But what was more amazing was on the actual day of the surgery, the way I treated and greeted fantastic, the doctor was amazing and the aftercare has been absolutely wonderful. The post op service provided/offered is also very good.

I was very nervous, but after meeting Doctor Alosert I was put to ease. He was very welcoming and we shared some jokes and he talked me through the procedure. I was then taken to op room where I was allowed to play my own music and relaxed into the surgery (I was so relaxed a fell asleep a few times). The surgery went very well with minimal bleeding and I am not at home recovering. After being checked on this morning. Will update this review when the hairs start to take place!

Hakeem William promised me that i will give you the full refund if he does not do accordingly and safely which i have the chat he told me that's Dr Shoaib he the best Dr and he will provide you the best service i went there Dr Shoaib who did nothing what was discussed with hakeem William who is running this black market business and playing with people life anything which was discussed and he overharvested my donor area ruined it completely and have not covered my recipient area as i was telling him please don't do the overharvesting he didn't did anything which i discussed with Hakeem William and he gave his words and promised that i will give you the full refund if he doesn't do accordingly so where are the words they clinic is a scam and all people who are working are not professional please don't come here as your whole scalp will be ruined i have the proof of all messages in which he said that he will refund the full amount if things goes wrong now he is not full filling that words commitment its a scam company be aware of it

I recently had my hair transplant procedure here 9 days ago and I can honestly say the whole experience has been outstanding from start to finish. From the very first consultation, everything was explained clearly, and I always felt reassured and confident that I was in the best hands. The procedure itself was handled with such professionalism and care, and even though I was little nervous, the team made me feel calm and comfortable throughout.
The procedure from the first phone call the surgery to now to the aftercare stage has everything and more than I could have wished for.
What really stands out is the aftercare and ongoing support. Even since the procedure, the clinic has been in regular contact with me. The follow-up phone calls have been consistent, caring, and never rushed — every question I’ve had has been answered thoroughly, and I’ve always felt like a priority. Their communication skills are second to none, and it shows that they genuinely care about their patients’ recovery and results.

It’s rare to find a company that combines such high levels of expertise with such genuine aftercare. I am already noticing progress and I feel confident that I’ll achieve the results I was hoping for. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant — not just for the quality of the procedure itself, but for the incredible ongoing support that comes with it.

I had a video appointment after which I went to 96 Harley Street for a physical consultation at 12noon last Wednesday 17 September. At about 12.45 I got a call asking if I was near. I said I’m in reception. At the consultation Yaseen said that I could wear a lose scarf after 2 weeks but on phone consultation he had told me a different time scale. It seemed like a pointless appointment as he just looked at my hair as he had done in video call. Anyway he asked if I was gonna go ahead & wanted to book an appointment & wanted me to pay a deposit but I said I was worried about reception not telling him I was there & his name was not on door & reception didn’t know who he was. I also said I wanted to check out the qualifications of the doctors, on Friday 19 I wrote an email asking further questions but he never got back to me, I think it could be cos I said i was going to look at their doctors qualifications & they may have realised I would find this. I think what I’m going to do is ask my gp to recommend, I was suspicious about the demand for a deposit when I wasn’t sure & hadn’t picked a day, I won’t be going ahead with them obviously.

My trust pilot name is my marital name- I responded to their ad on instagram where I use my maiden name but I definitely saw then & they had me waiting in reception for ages as receptionist didn’t tell them I had arrived didn’t seem to know who I was seeing it was all very odd
