Had my hair transplant done this weekend and Harrow clinic. Staff very friendly and so does the doctor. I cannot say enjoyed very much the pain but get there in the end. I recommend the client for everything what they done to me on the day of the transplant and also after care.

Unfortunately, very bad experiance , book the consultation for 12 nobody phoned me been waiting 15 minutes nothing, then I had a phone call to reschedule.
Second time when my consultation start the specialist was unpolite , arrogant and very unhelpful.
Mybe only me , but very unpleasant experiance I hope the specialist during my consultation had a bad day that’s all.

Fantastic service could not ask for any more highly skilled people 10/10

Had my transplant on 10th October, & have been very impressed with everything to date. The procedure went very well, & the aftercare & regular follow up comms from the team have been excellent; ‘Yaseen’ has been fantastic , & as required I can correspond with him quickly & professionally. Fully recommended !!!.

I can’t recommend Dr Zakar Rafiq highly enough. He is a truly outstanding hair restoration surgeon and a deeply caring professional. Under his care, I’ve had a life-changing transformation — he helped me restore my crown, and now I’m trusting him with PRP treatment for my hairline.

From the very beginning, Dr Rafiq impressed me with his expertise and confidence. Great clinic and the staff here were really nice. Dr Munir will have a chat with you prior to the procedure and make sure you are happy with what will be going on throughout the day and seems passionate about what he does.

Only had my surgery yesterday so I can’t say how that is but being there was a good experience, Dr Munir was fantastic every time I spoke to him I felt at ease and his energy and enthusiasm was so good for me! Would recommend 👍

Made an enquiry and then got called multiple times as soon as it rang off they called again and again like it was an emergency, then messages and emails come through and it seems dodgy, from an account for hakeen but says his name is Ashley. Do not trust these!

I had my transplant yesterday. This is the 14th operation in my life. and I do say with a good heart. it was the best surgery I've ever had in my life! the staff was so kind and understanding. Especially raj!
The doctor was so sweet helping me get through the Needles. very professional very Direct I am privilege. To be one of his case studies. Dr zakar rafiq. I'll find it amazing what they can do with technology especially the stem cell wow. I highly recommend this place in my opinion they are the best!!!

Procedure went well and looking forward to the outcome! Amazing but painful!

The first point i would like to make is i was under the impression the surgeon/specialist undertook the procedure well this is not the case. He makes the holes ready for the follicles then leaves the room. His assistants place the hair follicles into the holes.
I am now 6 Months plus since my procedure. The aftercare has not been what I expected. Time lapsed that I didnt hear from anyone. Now I am past the 6 month post op I am supposed to have had a face to face review. This hasn't happened. I was contacted by the team. They offered me a video call to which I responded no I was told this would be a face to face. The team then stated they would get back to me.....I am still waiting. I have chased the appointment team up but they have ignored my messages. Whilst the hair on my eyebrows has grown, I have had concerns, bald patches, that I wanted to discuss. It has just felt to me that once they have your money they can easily forget about you and your concerns.

Went to the clinic in Manchester on 29th October and the service I was provided was unreal had a consultation with Dr Munir before surgery, he noticed a balding patch further back than what I paid for but he sorted that out as well included in the price.

From start to finish, the hair transplant process was absolutely fantastic. The entire team was professional, reassuring, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. Communication was clear and consistent, and they really took the time to explain everything in detail, which gave me great confidence.

A special shout-out to Yaseen — his aftercare support has been unbelievable. He’s been in touch with me daily, offering expert advice, checking on progress, and making sure I’m comfortable every step of the way. He genuinely knows his stuff and his level of customer service is second to none. Without him it would of felt a lot harder but honestly big shout out to Yaseen!

I couldn’t recommend this team highly enough — a top-quality experience from a professional, caring group of people.

AVOID!!!! I had a transplant one month ago and it was a terrible experience at Harley Street. They changed the doctor on the day which wasn’t great as I had researched the one Hakim had sent me. Dr Rafiq knew his stuff but you barely see him. I felt excruciating pain during the transplanting part and the technicians either didn’t understand me or just ignored. The doctor came in a couple hours later and gave me an injection into my eyebrow as I was about to pass out. Unbelievably…the doctor left after this and I was left alone for the last part. I would urge to book elsewhere where you will be treated properly during this procedure

I had a hair transplant on the 19th of September 2025 so not long ago but the team at Harley Street healthcare were brilliant. Everything went smoothly. Staff was really nice. It was very professional. I can’t fault them at all. And after talking with Yaseen who went through everything with me and is still there if I need to ask any questions or have any concerns which is great so thank you to him and everyone at Harley Street I recommend this place to everyone, especially if you need a hair transplant
