If you sign up for their service and then want to stop lessons they will refuse and force you to continue paying. If you remove your payment method they will threaten legal proceedings and interest payments. Please do not waste your money with tjis company. They are utterly disgusting and treat their customers like trash.

Ich bestätige Ihnen, dass das Problem daher kam, dass Sie unsere alte Frantastique-App verwendet haben, obwohl Sie nun unsere Gymglish-App verwenden müssen, die alle unsere Kurse in einer einzigen App vereint.

Avec Gymglish, puis Amigo, je suis les cours d'anglais et d'espagnol. Mon ambition est d'entretenir mon niveau dans ces deux langues pour pouvoir me débrouiller en voyage et aussi pour faire fonctionner mes neurones sur une activité qui me plaît. Car ces cours sont un réel plaisir, dynamiques et pleins d'humour, je ne les ressens jamais comme une contrainte. Le dialogue avec l'IA est un vrai plus. Je ne l'ai pas encore pris pour l'espagnol faute de temps pour tout faire mais ça manque un peu. De plus le contact avec les responsables est pratique et plaisant. Je ne peux que recommander ce site.

Spaß und Abwechslung
Es macht wirklich Spaß- kleine, lustige Lernepisoden, abwechslungsreiche Übungen, Einblicke in die französische Lebensart durch das "Tagesdessert" (Video plus kurzer Abriss über den jeweiligen Film, musikalischen Beitrag, Literaturausschnitt). Vor allem die Möglichkeit, täglich mit einer KI zu plaudern, hilft dabei, die Scheu vor dem Sprechen zu verlieren.
Ich übe nun seit zwei Jahren Französisch mit Frantastique und mache es immer noch richtig gerne (gerade wieder um weitere zwei Jahre verlängert)

Je rempile pour un an avec détermination
Au fil des leçons, on s’améliore de plus en plus. La constance fait toute la différence. Épisodes ni trop longs ni trop courts avec un feedback rapide juste après la leçon avec à chaque fois des corrections détaillées.

A Simple and Efficient French Course
I’m currently taking the French course and I find it very effective. You practice just 15 minutes every day, which makes it easy to stay consistent. The topics are fun and engaging, and you really learn a lot in a short time. I definitely recommend it!

J'ai testé les 7 premières leçons
J'ai testé les 7 premières leçons, que j'ai beaucoup apprécié ! Le fait de pouvoir travailler sa compréhension orale avec des courtes vidéos ainsi que sa compréhension écrite est très intéressant et plutôt ludique. Les corrections sont personnalisées avec un bon niveau de détails.
Et le fait de pouvoir parler avec l'IA qui ne nous corrige pas oralement mais avec une correction sous nos phrases est vraiment une très bonne idée !
Un contenu très qualitatif, bravo à l'équipe.
Néanmoins, je trouve dommage qu'à la fin de ces leçons, Gymglish m'est attribué un niveau C1, que je n'ai pas du tout... Je suis au maximum B2, voire B1. J'espère donc que les leçons suivantes se passeront bien, car je souhaite grandement m'améliorer.

Concernant le niveau C1 attribué, rassurez-vous : il s’agit d’une estimation initiale, basée sur un nombre encore limité d’interactions. Ce niveau est évolutif et s’ajuste automatiquement au fil des leçons, en fonction de vos réponses, de vos erreurs et de votre progression réelle. Il est donc tout à fait normal que cette première estimation ne reflète pas encore parfaitement votre niveau actuel.
L’essentiel est que les leçons suivantes s’adaptent progressivement à vos besoins, afin de vous proposer un contenu ni trop facile ni trop difficile — et surtout efficace pour vous faire progresser. Si besoin, vous pouvez également contacter notre équipe support, qui pourra vérifier ou ajuster certains paramètres.

Avoid. The Italian course is sub-par
Their AI is unable to differentiate between the formal and the informal use. This is such a basic error. But as we all know, one has to learn this particular feature.
This company don't road test their AI before rolling it out to us, the paying public. Please use another company to learn a foregn language.

You’re absolutely right: being able to distinguish between formal and informal register (e.g., Lei vs tu in Italian) is a basic and essential part of language learning, and the coach should respect the learner’s choice consistently. In your conversation, it clearly didn’t, and we understand how frustrating that is — especially in a paid product.

Kulanter Service, Saga Baldoria leider nicht geeignet für solides B2 Niveau
Ich habe ein solides B2 Niveau in Italienisch und fand Saga Baldoria in der Testphase sehr vielversprechend. Deshalb habe ich auch das 12-Monate-Abo gekauft. Leider war es schon nach etwas mehr als 14 Tagen klar, dass mich der Kurs unterfordert, was die Lerndauer betrifft und die Schwierigkeit der einzelnen Episoden (die leider auch nicht jede Woche kommen, sondern mit einer Woche Grammatikübungen unterbrochen sind). Ich habe mich an den Support gewandt und habe quasi sofort meine Abo-Gebühr rückerstattet bekommen, obwohl die 14-Tage Stornierungsfrist abgelaufen war. Danke für diese Kulanz.

Gleichzeitig bedauern wir natürlich, dass Sie sich mit Ihrem B2-Niveau und Ihren Erwartungen an Tempo und Schwierigkeitsgrad unterfordert gefühlt haben. Unsere Lektionen wechseln bewusst zwischen Story-Episoden und gezielten Grammatik- bzw. Übungseinheiten – je nach Lernprofil kann das als zu langsam empfunden werden.
Umso mehr freut es uns, dass unser Support Ihnen schnell weiterhelfen konnte und wir gemeinsam eine faire Lösung gefunden haben. Vielen Dank auch für Ihre freundlichen Worte zur Kulanz.

Zahlungen per Klarna anders als angegeben nicht möglich
Man kann Klarna als Zahlungsmöglichkeit auswählen, aber es kommt zu Problemen. Es hat nur einen Monat geklappt, seitdem erhalte ich ständig Emails, wie ich das Problem lösen kann, aber keine davon funktioniert. Ich habe seit Monaten Ärger mit einem Kundendienst, der mir unbrauchbare Lösungsvorschläge schickt, und bekomme parallel Mahnungen. Wenn ich das gewusst hätte, hätte ich das Abo nicht abgeschlossen.

Et j'enlève une étoile pour dire mon mécontentement, alors que j'ai vu une coach ai sur les études de médecine, franchement ils s'écartent du chemin tout en ayant pas fini leur domaine de prédilection !

Le développement de nouveaux parcours demande un important travail pédagogique, technique et éditorial, et nous devons avancer étape par étape. Nous comprenons votre frustration et regrettons de ne pas pouvoir répondre à votre attente pour le moment.
L’ouverture de nouveaux contenus (comme la préparation aux études médicales) ne remet pas en cause notre ambition de renforcer notre cœur de métier linguistique. Elle répond à d’autres besoins exprimés par nos apprenants, tout en restant dans notre logique d’apprentissage personnalisé.

I would not recommend this company. I had a monthly subscription and it wa a renewed automatically. They make it very difficult to cancel and then say you could transfer your account to another person if you send their credit card details. Access to the app directly was very difficult and in fact you had to have two apps. I do not trust this company and

We’re sorry to read that you were disappointed with your experience, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify what happened.
You enrolled in March 2024 with a 12-month subscription paid in monthly installments, which, as noted at purchase, is a commitment for the full year and renews automatically under the same conditions unless the auto-renewal is disabled before the renewal date. Because the auto-renewal had not been deactivated, your plan renewed in March 2025 for another 12-month period.
When you contacted us in November 2025, the subscription was already well underway, which meant we could not cancel the current commitment (running until March 2026). However, we immediately cancelled the auto-renewal so that your plan will not renew again after March 2026.
We never require customers to transfer their account or share anyone’s credit card details — that option is simply offered as an alternative when a long-term subscription is still active, but it is never an obligation.
Finally, we’re sorry if accessing the lessons through our apps caused confusion. We’ll share your feedback with our technical team to continue improving the user experience.

Gymglish/Aimgo is an excellent and fun way to improve your French
I learned about Gymglish from a promotion on Le Monde.
The lessons are very creative and fun, and much more interesting than your standard lesson drills. I like that everything is in French unless you hit 'English' - and that future lessons return to your prior mistakes (the subjunctive!). The Aimigo coach really engages you in speaking and 'remembers' previous conversations.
As great as the lessons are, had I not signed up for a three year commitment, I probably would have cancelled and moved onto something else just for a change. However, on a recent trip to Paris I realized the advantage of the long term commitment . Both my French comprehension and speaking had improved, and I was much more comfortable speaking. Several people even complimented me on my French.
I will add that the Aimigo Support Team is excellent and very responsive.
I highly recommend Aimigo!

Very bad support - paid money for nothing
I had a Spanish course booked for a year and my phone always crashed when I tried to open the app. There was NO HELP from the support at all and I did not get any refund. Worst support ever. Will never book from them again. Which is a shame because the course was humouros and learning war fun. Well.
