Gorgeous box
Gorgeous box ! Every item in the box is high quality and usable. Lovely toys for cats that are actually usable and interesting for the cats. Human treats are also quite Tasteful and cute ( not over the top on the cat people scale )

Brilliant product and great service
Brilliant product and great service. Quick to deliver and emails sent through the way. The box has lots of great goodies in it and the leaflet that comes has the small and big businesses that provide the items. My cat adores it!! My 12yo son adores it. It’s fab.

Gus & Bella Greatness 😻
Just received my November Gus & Bella box, which was I think the best I've had so far although the previous ones were great too. Lots of goodies for the receiver and their Feline friends and all adding up to a far greater value than the subscription cost.
A super easy website to navigate with webchat during office hrs which I used to add December's box to my order.
Notification of when my box is posted and to be delivered.

My first box - well worth it.
I received my first Gus and Bella box last week, it was packed so nicely and really exciting to see what was included. I have 8 cats, and before I'd even opened the paper inside, one of them was desperate to get to what was there. (Pillow)
We absolutely love this box, and there was so much inside too, ( all useful) . Everything inside was brilliant. I feel it was well worth the money, and I can't wait for the next to arrive. Love it.

I look forward to receiving the Gus and Bella subscription box each month,there are always some lovely things for me and my cat to enjoy. This month was exceptional! I love the wonderfully soft blanket and the 'What Cats Want' book. I thoroughly recommend Gus and Bella.I rarely leave my home, even before lockdown so it is lovely to receive some treats in the post each month.

Received Nov box today & I may have been more excited than the cats!! Us hoomans received a lovely book (What Cats Want) teapig soothing tea & chocolate popcorn & a fab spoon with a cute cat handle for our hot chocolate nights in. I am well happy. Oh the cats..they had a laser pen a catnip cuddle cushion both of which the kittens are well impressed with. Some salmon& chicken treats & new food for elder cat, a cat advent calendar with treats, Edgar Cooper cat food & the most gorgeous soft blanket they can snuggle on. Yes yes yes I recommend Gus & Bella to all the other crazy cat folk out there. It is fabulous.

Hi I'm sorry to hear you weren't happy with you box. This is in fact the first negative review we've received on Trustpilot so it's a great shame to know the box didn't meet your expectations. We do work hard to ensure every box includes items that at least amounts to the retail value of items if purchased separately in the shop. We often include a handmade item, as we like to support small UK businesses - especially in the current climate. It's harder for handmade items to compete on price as they're not mass produced in big factories. Also we include high protein natural cat food and treats which are 2-5 X more expensive then mass and supermarket brands (which tend to include as little as 5% meat). Given the above reasons, this pushes up the overall cost of the box.
Our latest Winter Tails box has a retail value of £48 if you were to go and buy each item individually. We couldn't identify you from your review to check what box you received. But we'd be more than happy to put things right and send you more appropriate items for your cat. Please just email us at: info@gusandbella.com - and we promise we can work hard to put things right as we don't want any of our subscribers to be unhappy with their box. We received a lovely “one time” box as…
We received a lovely “one time” box as a lockdown treat for the cats and their Human. The box contained some really nice treats for us all. It was dispatched really quickly in a nice box, which of course one of the cats tried to sit in! I would recommend Gus and Bella ... I have knocked one star off because the box included a squished Easter egg (our box was purchased in October). Perhaps I am being a little picky - but I didn’t feel it was appropriate ... it didn’t detract from the overall quality of the box though!

Hi thanks for your review - and great to hear you thought the box was great quality. Completely understand your feelings on the Easter Egg. Did you receive a past Spring Kitten box? We kept the items in the box the same as the original box that went out in April as we didn't want to stray away from the theme. But thanks for your feedback and we'll take this into account next time :-)
Really good box value wise
Really good box value wise! We got the Halloween box my cat enjoyed his treats and I loved the choc spiderweb lolly and slippers. We use the treat ball daily for his food to help it last longer he got the hang of it quickly.

I really enjoy my Gus & Bella box
I really enjoy my Gus & Bella box. It’s always full of fun little gifts which my cats and I enjoy and like using. My one complaint is that food samples shouldn’t count as items and so I sometimes feel the box is a little overpriced because of this.

Because we try to include a handmade item in a lot of our boxes to help support smaller UK businesses, this can drive up the overall cost of the box. Their items are priced higher as they can't compete with toys that are mass produced in factories. Also the natural cat food tends to be 2-5 X more expensive then mass or supermarket brands just because the quality of the ingredients is that much higher. But thanks for your honest feedback nonetheless and we'll continue to work harder to make sure we're bringing the best possible value to each box :-)

Cute socks and kitten friendly
Really impressed with my first box.
Thought I’d treat my nearly 5 month old kitten Darla as the vet was very impressed with her progress (sadly she wasn’t 100% when I got her).
Thank you for making it kitten friendly by swapping the food and I adore my socks!

We’ve loved getting these boxes
We’ve loved getting these boxes. It’s been a great way to test out new toys or treats without having to spend loads of money. We’ve also been able to customise the boxes as one of our girls has a sensitive tummy so we get food substituted with extra treats or toys of equal value. All commutation with the company has been wonderful and I’ve always had a reply in a day.
It’s helped us discover new things our girls love and that’s all I could ask for.

I can not fault this box
I can not fault this box. They are extremely tailored to fit in with each month. All l want is my 4yr old cat to lead a long healthy enjoyable life and the food in every single box (signed up from may positivity box 2020) have the thumbs up from Lucy. What’s so great about the contents inside Gus&Bella box is that it is mostly for the cat, and l most certainly don’t feel like am a cat lady with loads of cat themed products for us humans. I can not fault this box and Lucy’s needs are most certainly seen to every single month. For example PET REMEDY de-stress wipes (will use for fireworks session) CATIT creamy treat that can be stored in the freezer for the really warm days. It’s a massive thumbs up from myself and Lucy. 👍👍👍👍👍
