Furthermore, we do not understand the accusation of "Cheap, garbage products", when our products that we send abroad are luxury well-known brands of home accessories, decorations and bathroom equipment. These brands are known all over the world for their quality and, of course, the associated higher price. So your statement is not based on the truth.
Furthermore, it is impossible for Fedex to send you a "shipping invoice" again. And if you are really our customer and the goods were sent to the USA, then the only thing you could have received from Fedex were customs documents and not a shipping invoice.
This is a standard process in customs cases, but if you are making purchases from abroad, especially to the USA, you need to take into account that this can happen.
