I've just received our first box as a treat to myself, which is something I rarely do and it couldn't have been a better treat to go for. I was so excited when I knew it was out for delivery and I've kept it unopened until today, mothers day. Boxed beautifully, contents wrapped in tissue inside with a sticker on. Each item is well made and chosen with care, I really couldn't pick a favourite item I love them all from the cute tin of plasters, to the candle which smells divine, all things I wouldn't have found or purchased for myself. And as for the cat part the wand toy has been a huge hit (and they're hard to please) and the food was devoured (even by our fussy girl), it was nice to try some brands I'd never come across. I'm definitely going to avoid having a peek at next month's parcel online so it's a suprise. I think this would make a lovely gift for any cat parent for birthdays or Christmas etc.

We got our rescue Millie late last year, and with not much being known about her past it's been a bit of a guessing game trying to find things she likes. This box has been perfect for trying out new toys and treats and the human gifts have been really good quality too. For the items we get plus the free delivery I definitely think it's worth the price. The only thing I would say is a lot of the human gifts seem to be aimed more at females (for obvious reasons!) but Millie has a fabulous cat dad and it would be nice to have more things for him. That hasn't stopped him claiming the water bottle for himself though so really is a minor thing!

I am 75 years old and not very good with computers…. So when I had to register my two 7 month old kittens,I had help every step of the way on the telephone! The young lady was very polite,friendly and very helpful! The process was easy ! It’s good to know that if my cats got lost , help will be just around the corner

My kittens are loving receiving new things to try out each month. The first box I've received was in September and since then we have received plenty of fun new toys as well as some new treats and foods to try out, this has really helped finding out what sort of things my kittens like. I've also enjoyed the gifts chosen for me. All things in the boxes have been very good quality and thoughtfully picked out with fun themes. You will be getting your money's worth. Boxes are always send in a good time and have never been late. Customer service has been very quick and helpful in answering questions. I highly recommend this subscription box.

Amazing company! Our timid rescue cat who has only been with us 9 days took interest in us when opening the box- first time he has approached us since we have had him. He loves his new catnip toy and we look forward to many more boxes!

What can I say about this subscription box... Amazinggggggg!! I was shocked at how great the products were for myself and Bella she loved them especially the catnip tree and the little booties toy super cute. The quality of products is fantastic well worth the money. I can't wait for the next one in January neither can Bella. 10 stars if it was possible 🌟

Gus and Bella boxes are full of fun, and surprises for both cats and humans. Beautifuly prepared rach box is nicely presented as you open it. My cats love them and saves my money for buying expensive cat toys, i get everything each month in one box instead. Recommend to every cat lover its WORTH IT!!!!!

This box comes every month and it’s like x-mas every month! It makes ME as happy as my two cats. Plenty of stuff with cats on has been very useful to me. And in case stuff hasn’t been useful, i can always give them as tokens to other cat owner friends. My cats love the food and the toys! Just the greatest box i tried. Ever!

Best cat box I’ve ever used. Excellent quality gifts for both my cat Milo and for me! Great way to treat yourself and your cat and the treats are a great way to try things before you see them in the shops. Also this company’s customer service is above and beyond. They give you the personal touch which is a big win for me as it feels like they are genuinely interested in you and your pet.

Ordered the summer box as a one off to treat my elderly cat, she loved the food catnip bubbles and toy and I loved what was included for the “cat mum” quality is excellent and good communication too. Will definitely order another box at some point soon. Super quick dispatch too. Thank you for making my puss happy

Wow what a service 😍 our 3 kitties love Gus and Bella boxes. I love how the cat parents also get gifts too which is lovely. Also I can’t fault the service. One of my boxes had a bottle in for Mother’s Day which was accidentally broken by being knocked off a table. Gus and Bella offered me a replacement for a small price and I received with my next box. The customer service is fantastic 🥰 we look forward to the June box which we are super excited!

Purchased this as a gift box for a friend and she loved it! Her cats went crazy for the catnip toys - it gave us great entertainment watching them play. What a novel gift idea!

I subscribed for these boxes for over a year and there are some great features - exciting to get a new box every month and liked the surprise element. I would say that after 6 months there is some reputation for example ended up with 2 water bottles. In addition I do think over time the value for money deteriorated - the last 2 boxes I had contained cheap litter tray sprays and scoops.
However the reason I ended up cancelling was the March box contained a really poor quality and dangerous toy. It was a felt covered ball full of polystyrene balls. Gave to my Bengal
Kitty Ziggy and he ran off to the kitchen with it - in less than 2 minutes the outside cover disintegrated exposing the balls which he then swallowed. I swiftly removed the toy but the next day he vomited up the polystyrene balls with gold tag attached to it. I felt so guilty as basically I was paying for this and it caused him harm (I have clear photographic evidence with times of the 2 minute interval it too for him to remove toy from box and it to fall apart). I also have the other ball (they came as a pair) still attached to the packaging and clearly unsuitable as outside already falling apart before giving to him. To make it up they sent me another toy which he destroyed in a morning but maybe that’s just him!
I remain upset and feel guilty that I bought something that harmed him and it’s a shame Gus and Bella have not ensured high quality safe toys for the cats. I would trade all the water bottles etc for toys that are safe for your lovely cats! So I’ve lost trust and wouldn’t use again and all I’d say is if you subscribe triple check the toys before giving to your kitties.

Not only do I love getting my Gus and Bella box each month but my boys Lao and Chang love them too. Treats for them and a few for me too!

My cat absolutely loved his box...and so did I! It was a great idea to also include treats for the owner aswell. There was lots of variety in the box from toys to edible treats for both of us! We can't wait for our next box to arrive! Definitely recommend!

I love receiving those boxes and my cat likes/liked most of the items too! When something is not a hit with my cat I don't get upset because it's just my cat preference. The customer service is absolutely outstanding and they always go above and beyond to help!
I do agree sometimes it's a bit pricey and seems like with that money you could get more BUT! It is a surprise gift, you don't pay shipping and if you were to buy the items yourself it will kill the surprise factor which is what I love! If you are not sure if it's worth it, check what's inside the box (Gus and Bella normally share the content of each box few days after it has been shipped) and decide yourself if for that month it's worth it or not.
You can decide to get a box every 2 months instead of monthly and it is easy to skip a box if you need to.
The only down point for me is the website, I think a review and renew of the website will be good!
They also have a referral program where you can get £10 off using a friend's link (ask me if you want it!) and they always offer discounts on past boxes.

I got the monthly subscription box for me and my 18 year old cat, Puccio. Our boxes have been lovely so far, full of great goodies for me and for him! I love the way most of what's inside comes from small companies, which is great. Recently Puccio had to go on a special veterinary diet so I asked if it was possible to get more toys instead of food and they were super nice about it, and said it was no problem. I can't wait to see what we'll get next time! Also, the box is great value: all products are great quality, packaged in lovely way!
