Horrible experience
Horrible experience. The representative failed to notify me that the debtor could sue me in the process of them acculmating funds. Also they tell you to let your account go into default and you end up acculmating more debt from the late fees, increasing your debt. If you go to court they do not go with so you must represent yourself. Also you pay a fee for them holding on to your funds acculmating approximately 1000 a year which could of just been used to pay off your debt. If settled you still have to pay for the services which could also be used to pay off your debt. Not beneficial at all. I regretted signing up and wish I would of kept paying off my debt by myself.

The process was not made clear in the…
The process was not made clear in the beginning that no action would be taken for months on my accounts causing a massive drop in credit rating, then when agreements do come around they change rates that were agreed upon at the start. When asked to try to get them to contact creditors to get agreements they basically say no until my account has accrued more money, solicit an extra deposit to get it there and even them no apparent action was taken for months. Deceptively charging monthly fees for programs that do nothing for you other than to leech more money every month. By the end its going to cost much more than the whole original debt where they made it seem that I'd end up paying 40-50% in the beginning.

all fees up front
all fees up front, while your late fees and everything grow. then basically your settlement is what you owed. ended up having to get a lawyer and go to court on one of my accounts. cost me more in the long run. I would have been better off just limping by or contacting the bank. had offeres I never even had notice of and said I declined which I never got. this is worst idea and decision I ever done in my life and I am paying for it for 5 years and so messed up now I cant get rid of them or get out of the mess
