Excellent customer service. Quick response. Easy to claim on warranty. Delivery of spare part arrived within days. Tap now working properly.

Very knowledgeable and helpful support from Jason when I e-mailed a query regarding the height of a shower. Quick response and overall improves my perception of Grohe as a brand I'd want to purchase.

Called technical help line after speaking to two advisors they assigned an engineer. Within 30mins I was called and using a video link was able to show the issue, so simple but enormously effective. Chris was knowledgeable and efficient, solution found and spare part arrived next day and it fixed the issue. Other companies could learn a lot from this level of customer service, first class.

I rang for a part reference number but a helpful phone agent advised me I could still be under warranty. The tech section took up the problem and provided the correct replacement part under warranty

I had difficulty identifying the correct part however an email and picture were sent to GROHE and they identified the part number. The shower valve has now been fitted and no more drips.

Superb customer service from Grohe UK but I must especially mention Chris who went out of his way to call me personally to advise on a complicated scenario that was easier dealt with in person than via e-mails. His interest in his job and desire to help is clearly reflected in his taking the time to speak to me personally and his knowledge of Grohe products, compatability and spare parts is brilliant. All that on top of being extremely pleasant to speak to! If Grohe UK customer service is filled with lots of people like Chris you won't go far wrong!

Fantastic experience dealing with Grohe UK. Bidet toilet seat started leaking just short of 2 years of use. Grohe didn't have same in stock, so Grohe told me they were willing to fully refund purchase price if I sent them proof of puchasing new bidet seat. Sorted in very short time. Would certainly recommend and purchase from Grohe in future. Great to see true customer service still exists. Many thanks.

After finding an issue with a shower unit and informing their technical team, my experience was exceptional. Detailed and fast technical help together with next day delivery of parts allowing the project to be completed rapidly.

Chris went out of his way to help me with the problem I had with my Sensia Arena. He could have just said 'it's out of warranty, not our problem' but he has offered another possible solution, with instructions, which I will try soon. Well done!

I had a problem with my controller and contacted Sam who was amazing. There was no hesitation in obtaining a replacement controller despite not having any in stock. I would certainly recommend Grohe because their products are good but also their customer service is faultless.

Looking for an electric shower. Made an enquiry at Grohe, Unfortunately they don't supply electric showers but directed me to other brands.

Absolutely excellent experience, initial phone call was answered quickly and clearly, resulting online submission requesting missing part was responded to immediately and within three days the missing part was posted to me and a corresponding email depicting the packaging in the part also sent. I cannot fault the service from this company and hugely exceeded my expectations. 

Grohe telephone and email Customer Service was quick, direct and accurate. NO messing about being passed from pillar to post and taking ages to resolve a simple enquiry!
CONGRATULATIONS I rate my experience 10/10 without hesitation.

I really can’t fault the service I received from the Grohe team. My query was dealt with promptly, the problem identified quickly and a new part send the same day. It resolved the issue and we now have a tap that doesn’t wobble. Thanks to everyone concerned. I will definitely be buying more Grohe products in future.
