They found a spare part I needed & delivered very quickly with no fuss !

Great customer service, genuinely helpful. Chris helped resolve an issue over email. 48hrs after initial contact (on a Sunday) we had resolved the problem.

I reached out for original vector files of a product which I needed for laser cutting and they provided me with all the information needed very quickly. The communication was very professional and friendly.

Excellent customer experience. I rang to discuss the issue and the call waiting time was less than 2 minutes.
The next steps guidance was pragmatic and logical. I provided photos and submitted via email.
The following business working day, Grohe technical staff contacted me to confirm my contract details, and a replacement part will be with me in 3 working days.

Speedy and helpful response regarding my 11 year old Grohe taps.

Had a minor issue with a shower part,, a replacement was delivered to my home within 2 days free of charge fantastic service as usual.

The technical support team replied within a day and within 2 days had identified my part.
Can’t get much better than that.

I am experiencing problems with my shower flow rate. The customer services operator listened to my request for technical and installation data and promptly emailed this through to me. Now to check out my installation!!!

My 4 year-old Grohe K7 single-lever sink mixer tap was leaking from below the lever. I had a plumber take a look at it but he felt it was unable to be fixed. I felt this had to be wrong and contacted Technical Services via the online form and had a reply the following day from the coordinator, Chris.
Chris quickly put my mind to rest by showing me, by diagram, what he felt the problem was and sent me a link to purchase the spare part which, hopefully, will fix the issue.
Very happy with the response from Grohe and for the advice from Chris.

We had trouble locating the serial number for 2 Grohe thermostatic bath shower mixer units to order a replacement cartridge each, but a quick message and photos of the units to Grohe uk and they were great to reply prompt with system breakdown of the units so that I have the part diagram and the exact cartridge to order. Top marks for a quality company selling quality items and quality after sales service!

I had a problem with my shower so I found grohe to get some technical help I spoke to a guy called Chris . This guy is an absolute legend sorted everything and got everything shipped out to me that day I can't believe my luck thought he was an angel . Literally my customers would have gone crazy at me . My 18 year old showers heating part failed.
I contacted Grohe the staff were very friendly, helpful and provided an effecient service. I was advised on what parts i would require with product codes and where to purchase these. My 20 year old Groher shower broke last week. I called Grohe UK who advised my to email a photo of the broken part along with a brief explanation of the problem.
Within 24 hours they provided the original model number of the shower, along with the specific part number and even a diagram of the whole thing with an order of assembly. They even advised me on the different outlets that may supply the part I needed. Brilliant!!

Great service. I called in to enquire about a leaking part in my shower system and I was sent the whole mechanism within minutes. The part arrived within a day in the post.

Bought a Grohe mixer shower unit and there were 2 issues. 1. The top part is missing am inner screw that doesn't allow fixing it to the wall. 2. The mixer doesn't close properly and the water constantly runs.
Customer service has not been great as they only offered to send spare parts and didn't even send a technician to see and fix the problem. We didn't receive either the good product quality nor the great customer service this brand seems to be proud off. This issue is still ongoing and delaying the completion of our bathroom renovation.
