Before Christmas, I bought 3 pairs of grip socks (UK 2 - 6.5) and 3 pairs of sock sleeves (kids age 7-12). They arrived fine after a couple of days, no problem. However, the sock sleeves were tiny. There is no sizing chart on the website. Says age 7-12, my son is 10 and they were too small.

OK I thought, I'll just order the same sleeve pairs in adults (which I did and these were delivered fine) and send the kids back. In order to send them back, you have to actually e-mail them to get the return details, but they waste time asking if the products have been used, in the same packaging etc. After you confirm they are unused etc, they seem to reluctantly give you a return address. These simple e-mails took a week to get the full return details.

Returns have to be paid for yourself, so I sent the 3 x kid sock sleeves back, 1st class signed for on 20/12/2022 with a detailed note explaining what I had returned. They arrived at the company and I got an e-mail only refunding 2 of the 3 items I had returned. Since 23/12/2022 I have e-mailed them weekly asking them to investigate this and to update me and as at today (16/1/2023), I have not had one single reply or acknowledgement from this company. The customer service and after care is abysmal. I am currently down by £9.99 (plus return postage of £5.55) and it doesn't look like my return issue is going to be resolved anytime soon. Only refunding 2 of the returned items, when 3 were sent back, is tantamount to stealing as far as I'm concerned.

If this is not resolved, and it doesn't look like it ever will be, then I can console myself with the fact that I have only lost £9.99 (plus return postage), but this company will lose more than that as I will not use this company ever again and I will certainly not recommend them to anyone.

The products themselves are actually quite good, but if you are thinking of purchasing from this company, my advice is to ensure that you have the correct size, colour etc because returning items to them is likely to frustrate you somewhat and you could, like me, end up out of pocket.

UPDATE: Well, what a turn up for the books! On 25th Jan 2023, I got an email out of the blue saying I had a refund of £9.99 coming back to me. They really would make their lives easier if they just responded to customers emails and let them know what's going on, but fair's fair, they have resolved my issue so I thought it was only right that I updated my review with what's happened. Unfortunately, due to the whole experience, this review is staying at 1 star, which is a real shame as the grip socks are good quality.

Do not use this company!!! Sent the wrong order in the first place and my Nephew is still waiting for his Christmas present. Customer service are now ignoring my emails. Awful!

Terrible company and customer service!
In November I ordered 2 adult socks and 1 children’s, for Christmas presents, but received 3 adult pairs. I emailed and got the response (containing incorrect information) offering a partial refund and I could keep the order.. I didn’t want this so went back and got the same response again. I went back again and asked for the returns address and a full refund. That was the 11th December and I am still waiting for a response! I will certainly never use this company again and would suggest you shop elsewhere!

Avoid, complete scam of a site.
Order was posted on the 16th December…I’m still waiting for it, I’ve sent 3 emails and have received no reply. Shocking. Glad I only purchased 1 item to gauge the quality and fit, so have only lost £10.

Terrible service waited two weeks for a pair of socks in the end just cancelled the order. How hard can it be to send a pair of socks when that’s their whole business.

I would put a zero rating but there is no zero. Customer service department do not reply to enquiries. My purchase has never arrived nor I have received a refund as requested or any replies

I would expect any positive reviews have been falsely made by the company

Brilliant Socks, Great Quality

Ordered socks on 22nd November. Never arrived. Customer service is worse than useless. I'd avoid this company and get your products from a reputable company who actually delivers.

I ordered in November, still nothing. Unfortunately part of a child’s Christmas present so I’m really upset being 3 days to Christmas morning. I have emailed them twice with no response. I’m wondering is it a scam? The tracking is hoax too and does not work.

They promise 5 days express delivery. I have been waiting for 17 days a still not recieved my order.

Waited weeks and then completely the wrong colour socks turned up, all which are white and not suitable for any of my son's kits.
Contacted their customer service' via email if you can call it that. You wait weeks for a reply only for them to ask for information which you give them and then they repeat the same question to string you along.

Product was good quality and there was fast delivery

Ordered 3 pairs of full length socks black red neon green on nxt day delivery actually turned up 20 days later orange grey and a mid calf pair of black so order totally wrong sent email but no reply back quiet disappointed as my 10yr son been looking forward to trying the socks out hopefully customer service is better inthe future for other customers

Shocking company ordered socks for my sons Xmas not arrived they're saying they've been delivered I've sent 8 emails with 1 reply I've asked to have my money refunded no answer avoid them they're a shambles if I stayed closer to they're address I'd be knocking the door down they deserve to be out of buisness and they're staff obviously not trained for customer service

Ordered christmas present on 2nd december. Finally arrived on 17th. Was what I ordered so happy enough. Would have been nice to have some updates or comms along the way, but other than that happy.

Awful! I have been sent completely the wrong items and no reply to emails. If I could give no stars I would, certainly a company to avoid. Now I don't have the Christmas presents my children asked for and no way of getting a reply to get the correct order or my money back.
