My order from Grimoire New York arrived much faster than expected. The packaging was beautiful and kept everything secure. The website is easy to use and the whole shopping experience was seamless. I will definitely be ordering again.

New Favorites for routine
The packaging was sturdy. Inserts were delightul and humorous. I tried Eye roll and Vanity Monday in my routine today and so far I'm loving it. Can't wait to try the rest and will be buying more.

An elevated experience…

Good bye haggard
I had a sample of Nightmare Away and the next morning, I didn't look quite as haggard. Long stressful days and a night of sleep can only do so much. Decided to try the full size and been applying a coat each night. Feels like it locks in moisture. Little goes a long way.

The experience was awesome
The experience was great, better than I thought it would be. Ordered samples, and got an additional set, which honestly gives you enough product to actually see how they work, not just single use. I was very impressed with the products, both in effectiveness and in the actual experience using them. The products were luxurious to use, and the explanation of them, their use, and ingredients was very nice. And the products themselves, were extremely effective, calming, brightening , and hydrating my finicky skin beautifully .The packaging was top notch and thoughtful, and really helped set this company apart from others

These seem like high-quality products
I received a sample pack with a couple interesting serums in it and a night cream. The only criticism I have is that a standard daytime moisturizer was not included so I was not able to try that.

Our Vanity Monday Serum is actually formulated to be our everyday hydrating step and is clinically proven to increase skin barrier hydration by 20.5% in just one hour. Many of our customers use it as their daytime hydration layer under SPF, which is why it’s included in place of a traditional moisturizer.
That said, we truly appreciate the thoughtful feedback. It means a lot that you took the time to try everything and share your experience with us.

Vanity Serum causing weird unusual breakouts on normal non sensitive skin non acne prone skin
I like the overnight cream. However, the Vanity Serum is causing pimples, like weird breakouts . I do not usually ever breakout, and first night using, I woke up with two cystic type bump pimples from the Vanity serum - and in places I have never had a pimple in my 40 years. I do not have sensitive skin even, I have used MANY brands at similar price points. Something is off and weird with the Serum....I also just read another review from a user who had same issue with the Serum.

Not for everyone
The packaging and shipping were great. I really don’t want to give 1 star but I have been using the serum and overnight moisturizer since it came the end of December and it has made me break out really bad like really bad I basically get new pimples everytime I use this and in spots I don’t normally breakout I even got some deep cystic acne since I started using this. I don’t think it’s a bad product but I just don’t think it’s for me or my skin.
