Delivery times are always good with times ranging from
Fastest: 8 days (from purchase to receipt) to Longest 22 days.
Considering the package is travelling half a planet away from the US to me in Australia that's pretty damn good.
Never had a problem, Vendor has always been prompt replying to any questions and dispatching product.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND... I haven't coughed in years 👌

Took almost 100 days to arrive. It would have been easier to make my own pharmaseutical company and start producing cough suppressants than ordering from here.
The packaging was good but is it worth waiting a quarter of a year? At that point you should be paying me.
They never even answered my emails regarding the status of my package. What a waste of time.

I'm really sorry to hear that it took so long for your package to arrive. Most of our international packages typically get delivered within 1-3 weeks, with the absolute longest transit times being up to 2 months, and that usually only occurs on the rare occasions when the courier accidentally misplaces the package one of their sorting hubs and needs to self-correct their mistake.
Waiting 100 days is excessive though, I agree. Can you please reach out to us at your earliest convenience so that we can look into why this happened for you? I'm not sure why you wouldn't have received a reply when you apparently emailed us before, but we're definitely happy to help now!

I have had a long history ordering from DXM Direct, the customer support is always brilliant and they are very lovely people!
The products are always reliable and high quality. The shipping and delivery has always been reliable and haven't had any issues recieving my orders.
I have never been dissappointed with the service of any of my numerous orders of RoboTablets over many years!
I am a long-time customer of DXM Direct's RoboTablets, they are a far, far superior product to all others on the market - much more cost effective, great purity, without any nasty additives such as guaifenesin, sorbitol, etc. that are common in most other products.
And the only service I know of that provides the freebase form of the active ingredient, so I don't need to worry about the bromide ions in the more common HBr salt. I have been incredibly pleased with all of my orders in the past and they have continued to be excellent.
Their service has been absolutely essential for my research science for many years, I am forever thankful!

Parcel was tracked the entire distance, extremely reliable and helpful customer support. Takes about 15 days, but very worth it for the price, packaging, high quality product, never cough again. Thank you!

I'M SO SORRY <3
I bought a bottle of Robotablets in December of last year, it was set to arrive on the 30th of December. I also happened to be moving around the same time, and something must have gone wrong with the confusion of that. So I never received it, which led me to believe I was scammed and I left a bad review.
2 months later I find I had been emailed by their customer support, who are so, so kind and understanding. I'm getting another package for free after explaining my experience and situation. I have never felt so bad for leaving a negative review, the customer support is amazing and this IS a legit website.
If Ryan sees this I'm so sorry and thank you so much!
I will 100% but from this website again :)
