A Great Experience
Our move went without a hitch. Our removals team were polite, considerate and hard working. They were willing to listen to us and took instruction when required.
Dealing with Amanda was easy and she ensured that evertything went to plan,
Boxes were picked up as arranged and we got our refund promptly.

We came back to Greens for our house move 40 years after they moved us in
We used Greens to move us into what became our family home 40 years ago and were very pleased with the service and efficiency. When it was time for us to downsize and move on we got quotes from a number of companies and chose Greens again as the quote was very reasonable and the service offered was as good, if not better than the service the other companies were offering.
The removal went with out a hitch and the crew were speedy, efficient and very professional. They were also very cheerful which goes a long way on a day that has the potential to be very stressful.
Needless to say that if we move house again in another 40 years time we'll use Greens without hesitation.

Great experience with Greens right from the start, so helpful & super organised on initial phone call and this carried through to the removal day, the two friendly guys arrived on time ,took a tour around house to see what needed to be done and promptly sorted all of it with minimum effort from me & no fuss at all.
Would definitely use again , super service worth every penny , thank you so much Greens 😃

Exceeded my expectations
I was expecting my move to Banbury from Chester to take two days but it was fully completed in one day! This meant I had time to start unpacking the next day so I was delighted.
From the great support provided by Amanda beforehand to the two lovely guys on the day the service was superb. I would definitely recommend Greens.

Would avoid.
Sent the wrong size van on day one, initial quote missed a room - blamed us. Broke a table and a TV - took 4 months to sort through insurnace.
Promised to collect cardboard boxes on the following tuesday, I left them out (no space in house), they eventually arrived on thursday to collect (it had rained) so they refued to take them (had to pay to get them collected!).
Instead of hanging clothes back in wardrobe or leaving them in boxes, just left them heaped on the beds.
Overall - couple of hardworking lads, but the management havent got a clue, and they were terrible to deal with. avoid - there are better!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your thoughts and providing us the opportunity to give some balance. We consistently strive to be the best and all feedback is extremely helpful for us and all future customers.
You have said there, that it took 4 months to sort damages but as you have quite rightly added, the date of your experience was the 17th August and your review was left on 16th November, that is less than 3 months and as you know, our insurers settled your claim over 2 weeks ago. It did take longer than we ourselves would have liked and that was due to the circumstances surrounding the damaged TV. The TV was originally reported as 'not turning on'. You stated in correspondence with our insurers that you had checked the TV and there is no physical damage, yet when our insurers replied that they could not cover the TV if there was no physical damage, you managed to find visible cracks and damage to the TV, some 6 weeks later, after already stating in writing there wasn't any, in order to proceed with a claim. This was the reason for the unusual delay, and although there was, these suspicious circumstances regarding the damage, we still instructed our insurers to settle the claim for the TV.
*Sent the wrong size van:
I visited your property to carry out a removal survey, we do this with all the moves we carry out. During that survey, you shown me around your property and I, as always write ever item down in order to determine the volume of your belongings and provide the correct size vehicle. During that survey, as you know, you did not show me or mention to me your cellar or the items contained within it, which amounted to quite a substantial amount of extra items. Unfortunately, I had never been in your property, before that day and therefor was unaware that the cellar existed, I have to rely on you, the customer to show me your whole property. When I asked you if any items from the garden would be submitted for removal, you replied 'nothing from the garden'.
Yet on removal day all the items from the cellar and from the garden, our removal crew we're told by yourself, 'are to go and you don't care if the items are on the surveyors list or not, they are to take them.' Regardless of this, I instructed the crew to take all additional items that were not included within the initial quotation, FREE OF CHARGE. There was 1 x item from the garden that did not fit onto the truck (hence your statement of sending the wrong size van), I then sent a vehicle and team back on a different day to collect and deliver said 1 x item, (even though that item like many more that we already moved for no additional costs, were never meant to be submitted for removal) to your new property FREE OF CHARGE again.
*Promised to collect cardboard boxes:
As you was made aware, once our customers let our office know that boxes are ready for collection, we arrange a suitable day and time for collection, in order for them to be re-used to reduce our carbon footprint.
We hadn't had any correspondence with you to arrange the collection of the boxes until we sent our crew back to your property to review the TV that was reported as not working. When the crew arrived they found the boxes had been left outside in the rain and were in a completely unusable condition and therefor I instructed the crew not to collect them. You then called our office and told us that the crew that moved you the week before 'told you we would collect them Monday and to leave them outside'. Our crew do not have access to the diary and would have no idea if or when we would be free to collect them and so, do not arrange collections, further more, the crew would not have known on removal day that you would have the boxes unpacked and ready for collection 4 days later in order to arrange this? Hence why they do not arrange such collections and leave that to our office staff to arrange.

A very professional service which took the stress out of moving.
From start to finish everything went very smoothly, from getting the quote, dealing with the office to book the removal and the actual move.
The guys worked extremely hard and placed everything as we wanted it. They were pleasant, friendly and hardworking.

From start to finish Greens removals were extremely professional and reliable.
The gentleman that quoted was not pushy and he preempted all my questions. Amanda and Emma were very understanding of our situation and coordinated everything efficiently.
Ashley, Josh and Rhys grafted tirelessly throughout the day, they were careful and meticulous in their planning and nothing was too much trouble for them.
Based on our experience I wouldn’t hesitate using Greens again.

Excellent choice for our removal
Excellent choice for our removal. Very understanding when we had to defer moving on several occasions. When it came to ‘the day’ a really friendly team turned up and we couldn’t believe the organised,efficient and speedy extraction of all of our possessions into their vehicle. They were so quick we didn’t realise the wardrobes had been emptied and on the vehicle. Same efficiency shown in installation of property into our new home. Would readily recommend.

Every member of the team at Greens were easy to talk with and kept us informed about everything to do with our move. Booking our house move with them was so easy and the guys that arrived at our house on moving day were fantastic. Excellent service from Greens throughout. Competitive quote, went out of their way to deliver me some extra boxes and on moving day the guys who did the removal were professional and hard working. Even on the hottest day of the year so far, they just didn’t stop! I would highly recommend Greens to anyone moving house. Incredibly happy with their service - 5 stars!

good experience at difficult time
Moved my mothers furniture into storage at short notice and then moved her to Yorkshire at less than a weeks notice. Very friendly and efficient, although not the cheapest quote we felt they were best value for money and their movers were great

Initially, the most competitive price after researching a lot of quotes..Made a tricky job, lots of steps and stairs, look easy and the day went very smoothly. The boys moved my gear to where I wanted it with efficiency and good humour. Very pleased with Greens and would recommend them wholeheartedly.PS. Amanda and the admin staff were extremely efficient and lovely!!

Successful multi day multi van long distance move
Greens were able to successfully carry out a complex and long distance multi day move for me at short notice and in changing circumstances. The staff were polite, friendly and the packing and move were carried out efficiently over a number of days. In addition they were prepared to assist with issues like disconnecting and reconnecting appliances which was extremely helpful. On top of this excellent flexible service they were also significantly less expensive than other quotes I received.
