It's very bad customer service

I was happy that they gave me a new pan even though it was smaller. I appreciate that.
In general customer service was not good and I had to contact them at least three times by know as well as emails.

The person I talked to was really nice and helpful. They explained everything on what they needed to replace my machine. The only thing I had trouble with was receiving emails from you.

Ordering was easy, delivery was as expected, product pricey but purchased based on reviews. It's a nice set but it does scratch. I've followed all instructions and have handled with utmost care. That's disappointing

Never received our delivery. The picture take. by Fedex was a delivery of chairs from Walmart.
I contacted customer service and they were suppose to check with warehouse. They got back to me to say that but never received an update. It was a $500 order and gift for my husband. I have a terminal cancer and on disability so the cost was a lot but a gift I wanted to buy my husband for his birthday May 23rd. I had ordered the Valencia frying pans for Christmas and he loved them so I ordered the 11 piece set.

I love my green pans! We had one random green pan that we got as a gift, so it sat among our set of other pots and pans. Those other pans were starting to get really scratched up, so when it was time to buy a new set there was no question that we were going to buy green pans. The one we had has held up so well. It cooks so evenly, it's easy to clean, and holds up well over time.

The delivery was great, but we have not started using the new cookware. We are waiting to use the new cookware with our new induction range once our new house is ready in July.

The slow cooker doesn't heat. I am in process of trying to get it replaced, but you have to jump through a lot of hoops. I will never buy GreenPan again.
