A éviter ! Tarif bas pour attirer le client/pigeon... Une fois arrivé en agence ils t'expliquent que ta carte ne fonctionne pas pour faire la caution et te force à prendre l'assurance... Ou comment se retrouver avec un tarif à 400 euros la semaine au lieu de 220...

We highly recommend Green Motion Podgorica!
This is the 2nd time we rented a car with Green Motion, a few years ago in Rome; this time in Podgorica, Montenegro. Again we were very satisfied. It is a relatively unknown car rental company, which has no counter at the airport in Podgorica. However, this was an advantage in Podgorica: Green Motion is situated "around the corner" on the way to the airport. On arrival an employee picked us up at the airport within 15 minutes after our phonecall to their office. He brought us to the Green Motion office, which was a 5-minute-drive. The people from Green Motion speak English very well. Moreover, when we had to return the car, we did not need to go in the crouwded area of the airport. We got a car from a higher class than booked without having to pay extra and this bigger car also proved to be very economical in fuel consumption. The employees are very friendly and handling all formalities promptly. We decided to drive in Montenegro only. The charming lady who helped us on arrival was a true ambassador of Montenegro and said that if we changed our minds about crossing a border, we could always call her to arrange that. We highly recommend booking a car with Green Motion!

Tout c'est très bien passé : L'accueil, la prise en charge et la restitution. La voiture était très bien aussi.
Seul petit bémol, l'accès aux agences qui était à l'extérieur de l'enceinte de l'aéroport (au retour une personne m'a reconduite au terminal, c'était sympa)

Attention aux surprises !!!!
Lors de la réservation il est noté que l’on peut rentré la voiture 24h/24h a l'aéroport. Première surprise on viens nous récupère pour nous emmener dans une agence à 5 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport. Arrivée à l’agence on nous informe que l’agence est uniquement ouverte de 8h à 20h. Réservation faites en ligne 250€pour 1 semaine. Malheureusement carte bleue nous conforme il faut une carte à crédit et non débit. Surprise nous devons prendre une assurance à un peu plus de 15€/ jour. Et bien sûr impossible d'annuler La réservation sinon on paye quand même.Résultat finale la facture passe à plus de 350€!! N'étant Pas véritablement bilingue, et ne comprenant pas tout, la responsable de l’agence se met à parler en monténégrin à ses collègues en rigolant... répond au téléphone en pleine conversation avec nous ...bref nous avions dû rendre la voiture avant la fermeture pour un vol prévu le lendemain à 7h... et bien entendu des frais supplémentaires avec la carte bleue suite au paiement... bref prix de base hyper attractif mais attention au pot rose !!!!! Réfléchir à deux fois avant de réserver une voiture ... 30 minutes après l’arrivé Dans ce fabuleux pays, la facture s’élève Déjà à plus de 350€!

à FUIRE. Comme dans un autre commentaire obliger de prendre des sièges auto 84E la semaine pour mes deux enfants. De plus il nous explique en arrivant qu'ils ne peuvent pas notre caution donc il nous oblige a prendre l'assurance. Alors qu'avec notre carte de crédit on est couvert si il ce passe quoi quelque chose. 119 euros d'assurance pour une semaine je trouve sa chère payer. Nous avons attendu 30 minutes dehors avec nos enfants en pleine chaleurs.En conclusion nous arrivons au Montenegro on a pas commencer les vacances que l'ont lâche déjà 200 balle. Bref si vous souhaitez faire des économie n'y aller surtout pas.

Dishonest business! STAY AWAY!
They will find a way to make you pay EXTRA. We were lied about safety seats age limitin Montenegro (law says 5 years olds have to use one) and they forced us to rent the seats for our 10&12 kids for the week. That was 84€!!!
They also tried to accuse us for a sctrach that was on the car before and marked on the paper . We had pictures of our own luckily to show them. We feel ripped off! I'm sad and angry that this kind of business can go on. There are plenty of bad experiences online. Read them and then go elsewhere.

Avoid this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We rented a car and returned with a small scratch on door. The staff told us it was not a big problem at all. A few days later 800 euros taken from our credit card even though we had 600 euros of a collision damage waiver. We contacted the customer service and they just ignored our questions. On the 'receipt' they sent us as proof of the cost of repair work, over 1000 euros were used to repair the scratches. 1000 euros. How come? Only by looking at this number people would think that we smashed the door, not just left scratch on it. Also found an article on the Guardian about how this company has been using this same trick years and years. Wish that I read it before we rented the car. So avoid this company!!!!!!!!!

Totally awful service
Totally awful service. Turned up an hour after our elected pick up time with no communication. Gave us a GPS that didn't work with a cable that was not compatible with the device and so it didn't charge properly. Said they would refund us. Ignored all our emails and calls. Were aggressive and dismissive in all their dealings with us. Terrible. Avoid at all costs
