בהגעה לשדה תעופה התברר לנו שחייבים להוסיף 150 יורו על ביטוח על רכב.כל ניסיונות להסביר שעשינו ביטוח דרך אינטרנט לא עזר.פקידה התחילה להפחיד אותנו שכדאי לנו לא להתעסק ולשלם 150 יורו + 110 יורו עבור השכרת רכב דרך אינטרנט.
עבור השכרת רכב עבור 3 ימים שילמנו יותר מעבור טיסה
קשה להאמין
קבלנו רכב 91000 קילומטר-צמיגים יבשים מאד,בטוח שלא הוחלפו מאז קניית רכב.

Scammers/Fraudulent/Do not use.
If I could give zero I would but I don’t have the option-
June 15th
Lady at desk starts off by trying to get us to pay 7€ more a day for a bigger car? We insist it’s just the 2 of us and we don’t need one but she still pursues it and then laughs and says “sorry I have to try”.
Next she says we should pay 120€ insurance in case of damage which would cover any scratch or mark and any damage there would be no excess.
When we said no we don’t need it she talked to her colleague in montenegrin shrugging their shoulders at each other and turned back to us and continued to push for us to pay it saying that a single scratch can cost us 4-500 euros and we don’t know what the roads of montenegro are like. To add to this there was an excess fee to be blocked on our card of 700£- Yet she claimed 120€ would cover any damages at all.
We said no we are okay and we proceeded to the car feeling very uncomfortable with this pushy behaviour.
The car was scratched and damaged in multiple places, the back bumper was broken, the steering wheel looked like it had been in a crash.
She walked around the car with us and said “feel free to take pictures” which we did quickly around it as it was rushed.
She looked as if she was taking pictures too.
She marked points on the car of damage very briefly without taking a real look-
When we got in the car to drive off we realised the mileage and amount of petrol written on the paperwork was incorrect. So we quickly took pictures of the gages and amount of petrol left in the tank which she told us to return with the same amount.
We got out onto the road and realised all roads were tarmac, which made us feel even more confused as to why she would push this insurance based on “rocky roads”.
June 19th
On returning the car we were met with a man, who said he would look over the car and immediately went to the front and said this scratch wasn’t here before do you have pictures?
Which we said yes and upon looking at the pictures he said we don’t have a close up picture of underneath the bumper where the damage was. This damage was there to start, there had been scratches all over the car.
He then got in the car to check the mileage and said we had gone over to which I showed him a picture with a time stamp of the day we took it out showing him the paperwork was incorrect and so he backed down.
He took us to the front desk where the same lady from day 1 claimed she had no pictures and the paperwork shows that there was no damage to begin with.
We said we saw her take pictures too and wanted to see hers, when she finally got her phone out we saw parts of what the damage was previously.
She said no it is alot worse and as a result she will be charging us 700€.
We continued to counter her saying these scratches are not new and the car was in such bad state when we took it out, what is it that this charge is covering as they are clearly not making any repairs to it.
She then threatened to call the police and not allow us to board our flight unless we paid the 700€, to which we had to agree with just one hour until our flight and being pressured in this manner.
On signing the paperwork we realised she had written the 700€ charge was for an accident we had with no police report.
When questioning this she said it just meant an accident of damage, which made no sense at all but the charge had already been taken. We walked away to go to our check in desk, then returning to the car hire desk the staff were all gone within a couple of minutes. The names we took were Sibel and Calan.
This company is a complete scam, they have ruined our entire holiday. We will be writing this review on all websites regarding them.

Efficient staff
Efficient staff. Decent cars, relatively new but poorly maintained. In my case, every thing was excellent but tyres in dangerous condition, noise and vibration on front wheels, bad suspension, dirty seats and some scratches on paint.

Beware of what credit cards you have
Arrived from U.K to Tivat in Montenegro. On arrival, I was informed that I could not use my VISA debit or American Express for the car deposit - it had to be VISA credit or MASTERCARD. Yes this is printed on the form details, but come on it’s the 21st century! As I did not have those company credit cards, in order to get the car I had to pay an addition 15 euro per day to get a deposit free deal... which over a week is > 100 euros extra ... adding an extra 1/3 to the booking price. The man stood behind me in the queue also did not have these credit cards, and also had to pay this extra fee. It seems like this is how Green Motion make their money! Would not recommend this company.

Très mauvaise expérience sur plusieurs…
Très mauvaise expérience sur plusieurs plans
- relationnel : le personnel ne propose aucune solution alternative aux différents pb inattendus qui vous attendent en passant via cette agence
1) la caution est soi disant impossible à bloquer avec une cb française et ils ne prennent pas de cash
Il est donc obligatoire de prendre l assurance en plus soit 130euros pour 12 jours
2) aucune info concernant le passage des frontières : nous n avons pas pu entrer en Croatie
3) malgré l'assurance et le fait de les avoir prévenu d un petit accro ( minime ) sur le flanc de la voiture , ils demandent de se rendre à la police mais une fois arrivé à la police il n est pas possible d avoir de procès verbal car c est à la police de se déplacer ( incompréhensible !!!!) donc lors de la restitution de la voiture , malgré la prise de l assurance ils demandent 130 euros de plus pour non présentation de un PV par la police pour l éraflure
Incompréhensible
Le tout englobe d une plutôt mauvaise foi et de l absence d alternative possible
Bref très décevant et bcp d imprévu

Decent car and service but trying to cheat customers
Wir haben im Juni 2020 leider eine negative Erfahrung mit Green Motion gehabt. Bei der Übergabe wurden Kratzer kaum begutachtet, bei der Rückgabe aber wurde ein Kratzer an der Unterseite des Front Kotflügels beanstandet. Die Veranschlagung der Schadenhöhe lief sehr intransparent anhand einer "Skala". Es wurde behauptet, dass der gesamte Kotflügel ausgetauscht werden müsste, obwohl schon bei Mietbeginn größere Schäden am Kotflügel vorlagen. Leider konnten wir den vermeintlich neuen Kratzer nicht widerlegen und mussten daher leider zahlen.
Green Motion setzt offenbar auf Versicherungsbetrug, was uns der eine Mitarbeiter hinterher auch gestanden hat. Green Motion setzt darauf, dass sich Kunden die Schadenhöhe über die Vollkaskoversicherung erstatten lassen und damit ihre günstigen Mietpreise erwirtschaften können.

Why do I have to give them 1*?
The car I was given was massively clocked, 150,000 km in 2014, 105,000 km in 2019! The clutch was faulty from the start and eventually failed. GM Montenegro wanted to blame me. Naturally I registered a complaint with GM Head Office.
Six weeks after the rental period ended GM Montenegro stole 1200 euros from my credit card, claiming that the engine was completely ruined. The engine was absolutely perfect, and if what GM Montenegro claimed happened, the engine would have failed immediately.
These guys are liars and thieves. It's all great if things go well, but their business ethics are appalling.
