Easy and quick!

I found a bike that I wanted from a local bike shop, reserved the bike with the shop, then filled out the GCI request form. As soon as my employer approved it, GCI we’re straight on it. I received the E documents that same morning and within about 30 minutes of signing, I had the voucher. Really great service and so easy to use. Thanks team!!

Moving to GCI has been a step change in work benefits. Not only is the process super simple, it’s also really quick, GCI are available to answer any queries, and the range of local bike shops is super impressive.

I bought a bike through GCI earlier this year and after waiting patiently for around six months my bike finally arrived. Unfortunately there were problems with the bike as the supplier was suffering from financial difficulties. GCI went above and beyond to try and resolve the matter and even suspended the supplier from their platform to protect other customers. When you also consider that their charges are lower than any other cycle to work suuplier, meaning you save more, why would you even consider using any other provider.

The Team really went out their way to help me find an available bike to the exact specifications I requested, this has been by far the best cycle to work scheme experience I've had.

The GCI make the cycle to work scheme ridiculously easy to use. The system is so easy to use and if you have any questions they are super helpful and the whole process happened so quickly. They are quite brilliant!

Very easy to deal with once you work out how it needs to work with the bike shop, employer and GCI team.

I was initially in two minds over whether to try using my employer's new scheme with GCI as I imagined a long, painful process to source and finance a bike given the current global bike and parts shortage, but I'm really happy to confirm I was totally wrong in making that assumption. Excellent service which included turning around my application in a single working day, enabling me to secure a limited edition bike. Blown away by the service so far, would 100% recommend for your next bike purchase if you have the chance to use GCI. Ride on!

As an indépendant bike shop, speed of response, and support is imperative to us and our customers; so I must applaud the team at Green Commute Initiative for their speed in contacting us once a potential customer named us as his preferred supplier. on Monday I received an email saying we were invited to register, by Tuesday I had registered, received the contract and been set up on their web-site and by Wednesday, I had supplied the quote and been given the go ahead to fulfil the order. Unbelievable!
I was hot on the process required to get my LBS on their site, and they provided all the links and info, logos and videos necessary to be given their best rates within 24 hrs of my initial enquiry. they organised my account, quicker than I could get the wheels to build the bike! amazing set up. honest rates and a very good addition to the invariably SLOOOOOOW cycle scheme process I have experienced n the past. other suppliers have taken weeks to provide a certificate, whereas GCI took...hours.

This team were so helpful. I was struggling to understand the process for online ordering through the retailer and using the cycling to work incentives, I messaged GCI who responded with really clear instructions. I then struggled with how to process the request with my employer and so phoned GCI who cut through all my confusion and I had everything sorted inside 10 minutes!
The retailer (decathlon) refunded my purchase and processed everything really quickly and I was off down the road on my new ebike in no time. Thanks so much 🙏

Emailed twice for advice but received no response.

I am after a full suspension ebike but UK supplies are very limited for some models. Originally I emailed cyclescheme.co.uk for advice on how to source an ebike who were really helpful calling me back straight away but found my employer was sadly with the GCI scheme instead.

Unlike the above GCI clearly are uninterested in helping customers to source bikes in a very restricted UK market. I will be feeding back to my employer adn asking them to consider using someone other than GCI given the poor experience.

Genuinely surprised at how fast this was,couldn't have asked for anymore. Fantastic service and so easy to do.

So easy to use! All the staff are really friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Quick responses to emails! Would 100% recommend and use again!
