I’ll leave this 1 F*** star as the company contacted me to resolve my case but they never did, it was a double scam.
So they ask you to put a 4 stars so you can get your refund but they’ll use it for put them on their website review

Please stay away from this
But you won’t know until it’s done so cancel your subscription as soon s you have an email that forced you to « subscribe » without you knowing.
Don’t use your card
It’s a pure an unfortunately genius scam so get away from them
Block them call your bank
They are paid to scam you and take your money it can be from €2 to €100 and if you don’t check your bank account they’ll take your money every 3 days. So be careful

YOU WILL NOT EVEN NOTICE THEY ARE TAKING YOUR MONEY. IF YOU’RE A SENIOR YOU ARE DEFINITELY AT RISK. BEWARE!! CONTACT YOUR BANK AND RAISE A CASE WITH THE PROPER AUTHORITIES TO RECOVER YOUR FUNDS!! THEY HAVE TAKEN LARGE AMOUNTS WITHOUT MY CONSENT ALREADY SINCE LAST YEAR! WE HOPE TO RECOVER ALL FUNDS STOLEN!

My wife, aprox 18months ago purchased a promotion tube of hand cream and only had to pay the postage $2 From Great Look Site
She has been in a home for dementia since October2023 last year but in December they produced a statement that my wife paid $2 which is fraudulent THis year they have been taking amounts out of our joint account monthly from $30 to as much as $120 per month totalling nearly $800
I asked for a refund but have been told they don't refund to use the password for goods ( that my wife used ) to access there site I have told them I don't have it there hasn't been any help to get it
It has been suggested that I put it on face book and twitter sites in trying to negotiate a refund they have closed their site to me

Stay away from this company they are a fraud they took money from my account for a Item I ordered on line but it turned out they signed me up for a monthly subscription which I didn’t want Fortunately I was able to cancel but the £8.60 was taken and they say there is no order showing on my account I’m trying to get my £8.60 back It’s a complete fraud They should not get away with conning people

THIS IS A FRIENDLY ADVICE FOR EVERYONE OUT THERE IN THE WORLD: BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY TRICKED ME TO MAKE A SUSCRIPTION TO THEIR STORE BY MEANS OF AN ADD WITH SHEIN PLATFORM. THEY STATE I SIGNED A GOLDEN MEMBERSHIP WHEN I DID NOT. THANK GOD I ONLY PAID 2€ FOR A SUPPOSSED GIFT BOX I SHOULD RECEIVE, AND REALIZING I HAD BEEN FOOLED, I CONTACTED MY BANK AND MADE THE NECESSARY MOVEMENTS TO AVOID THIS COMPANY MAKING ADDITIONAL CHARGES.
OBVIOUSLY, I HAVE REQUESTED CANCELLATION OF THAT TRICKY SUSCRIPTION, FROM THE 16TH TO 30TH OF MARCH. AND THIS PEOPLE STATE WITHIN THAT PERIOD I COULD HAVE MORE CHARGES ON MY BANK ACCOUNT (AT LEAST I KNOW THEY WOUN'T BE ABLE TO DO SO).

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE.

I don’t even recall signing up or buying from them. I noticed money going out this month. I check and since November they have been taking money out. I emailed straight away the responded quickly ending my supposed subscription with them. I have been firm I want a full refund and sent evidence of payments out. They haven’t responded yet. Updated to say correspondence is good. They are offering a partial refund if I change my review. So here is me changing it to update how good communication is. Once changed I have been told I will get a full refund. That should amount to £50 of unauthorised deductions from my bank account.

People in Customer suport were replying very Fast in the chat, and they answered clearly at My questions

I left this company a bad review and a year later they contacted me offering me a full refund if I amended my review of them. I agreed but I still never received a refund, so just to warn you, this company actually double scams you!!

Be aware of this site, they lured me in with a supposed good deal on a kindle, when I’d filled all the relevant info in, I had joined their gift club! Very sneaky. They charged me to join then when I realised what had happened, I cancelled and they then charged me a cancellation fee!! So they took £7.50 off me for absolutely nothing. I know it’s my fault, and I know I’ll not get the money back but just be aware of this company’s sneaky offers!!
This site has now contacted me and offered a full refund and they were very apologetic, I have therefore updated the rating and this post and look forward to receiving my refund.
