I had a terrible experience, a total scam operation. I bought something and got signed up mysteriously for their scam network. They promised to refund the scam after review, and then they became impossible to reach. No updates, no customer support, and now they are all offline. I’ve reported them for fraud, and I strongly warn others: do not trust this company. They are dishonest, deceptive, and clearly stealing from unsuspecting customers. Stay far away!

They are thieves and they deducted money from me without my approval and created an account on their website as well.
I asked them to refund my money and delete the account since I've not heard of them or signed up with them but they refused and asked me give them a 4 or 5 star review before

I was accidentally subscribed into their website, and i contacted them regarding unauthorized deduction from my account... They promptly replied for my emails.and hope i am in the refunding process.. Thank you for support team..

After 9 months I’m still struggling to get my scammed off money back. Greatlook is blackmailing me now to remove my negative review before they partially refund my money. Unbelievable that this criminal activities can continue for so long.

This site is a scandalous rip-off. I have no idea how I got signed up to it but by the time I noticed they had taken over £600 in direct debits. Rather than building up in my credit account, most of this had evaporated due to the way their system works, leaving me about £150 to spend. I can't believe it's legal. With no refund coming, I spent my remaining credit on a pair of trainers but there was nowhere to specify size, so I received a pair that were too small. Fantastic. I had to pay the postage to send them back to an address in Spain, which was different to the address on the website. The Spanish courier reported that there was no-one there to receive them and they've just arrived back with me. Greatlook claim they arrived in Spain with postage to pay, which is not true, as confirmed by Royal Mail. They are quick to correspond by email but their answers are formatted and robotic and have not solved this issue. Avoid at all costs.
