Thanks so much for all your help with my order! I had a question, and it was quickly answered and resolved. Delivery happened on time and the food was delicious!! Thank you so much!!

We've used Greatfood2u a few times and we've loved it. A great alternative if you're unable to get to the restaurants. We use it for TGI Fridays as we don't have one particularly close to us, and it's been delicious every time

Ordered Lobster roll for two. While lobster is never cheap, this was quite reasonable compared to some other companies.
The food was delivered on time as promised.
The recipe card was easy to follow, and it was easy to prepare the food off the back of this.
Best of all, the lobster meat has already been removed, and is pre-cooked. Therefore we get a full complement of lobster to eat, without having to pain-stakingly extract it ourselves!

5 stars from me for a fantastic service providing the most amazing food kits, we had the lobster rolls and burger kit and they were absolutely amazing!! 5 star Restaurant quality food to your door and a huge variety

Ordered Franco Manca pizzas for two, loved making them and they were delicious. Delivery was spot on!
Only wish there were more kits for Two! Have and will be ordering again.

Good delivery and great food. Was surprised by how much food was included. Only issue was the tomatoes were a little squished.

I decided to treat my husband for our 4th wedding anniversary and order the TGI Fridays Sesame Chicken Strips Kit (his absolute favourite starter when we go to the restaurant!). It arrived on time and well packaged, everything looked great apart from the packet of lettuce/rocket that had already started going brown even with another 4 days on its BB4 label. Personally as its just a garnish I'd prefer that it wasn't included as it was only fit for the bin anyway. Everything else was brilliant, instructions were super simple to follow and the food tasted delicious, generous portion sizes. Almost like the real thing. Except I had to prepare it and wash up 😂 We also had the purple rain TGIs cocktails which were divine! Im tempted to try another kit as it was a nice change whilst we can't go out. We also have a little one who loved his activity pack.

My only criticism would be the cost of postage, I do feel that's quite high considering the cost of the kits! Maybe a free delivery over £50 would be a stepping point?! That aside, brilliant concept. Thankyou GreatFood2u! 😊

Having ordered several kits, each has delivered. Excellent service.

Ordered a Bhangra burger meal kit from Baba ji. Order arrived with everything needed to make 4 great burgers. Good quality ingredients, well packed, with clear instructions.

Had the Cyprus kitchen for 4. I can honestly say it was amazing, the taste 💯 restaurant quality. It was so easy to cook and fantastic for summer bbqs. I’ll be ordering again!!

Amazing food and a great idea, I will continue to buy from them even after we are all 100% out of lockdown as their service is impeccable and the family just love making pizza express pizzas at home.

Great experience, everything arrived great and on time. Only comment is that they should do smaller passatta tins as it does go to waste.

I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised by the TGI meal experience. We kept it simple and had four burgers and everybody built their burger to their own specifications (result I got ALL the onion). Delivery on time. Food well packaged and insulated. Cooking instructions clear. Food jolly tasty.

Fabulous food that we all loved with simple and easy instructions to follow. Got a £20 voucher for Christmas which gave us two good sized meals. Admin also great, was able to change delivery dates not problem

So I leave review in January. I hear nothing to then get an e-mail that gives me two days to reply. I don’t reply and they highlight this on my review. I have subsequently sent a further e-mail to them at their request even though I sent them an e-mail at my first complaint where I have had no further reply. As they seem to read these reviews and reply to them I have put this on here to see if I get a response and sort my original complaint out. Terrible customer service. I will continue to update until I get my issue resolved. How about you respond to your e-mails shocking customer service.

I had a terrible experience back in March and posted my experience. In fairness to great food they apologised and gave me 10%off next order. So I tried them again and had no issues , great service and good food and will definitely order again
